Our college has a big campus with a beautiful library, etc., suggest choosing our college.
Placements: Placements at Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology (SSIT) in Tumkur are generally considered good, with many companies visiting the campus. And our seniors are referring that we can grab big companies with our learnt skills, that our college teaches all skills.
Infrastructure: According to us, paying the amount to this college is good. Facilities are very good like hostel for girls and boys, sports, especially health center, Canara Bank, etc. Hostel offers essential infrastructure and facilitates to ensure a comfortable stay for us.
Faculty: This college offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs like IS, ME, EC, and CSE. But all over CSE is the best forever at this college. Semester exams are challenging, and they conducting 3 internals per semester with no choice we should attend all. Passing percentage is 70-80% in semester.
Other: In our college, they conducting fest like (Kalotsava) this year 2025. Its really superb and we all enjoyed it very well and created beautiful memories. Not only the enjoyment when I choose this college. I am not afraid of faculty members but I know I am grateful that my decision is correct.

A student's perspective: Balancing infrastructure and placement opportunities.
Placements: Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology (SSIT) reports a high placement rate for Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) students, with around 90% of students placed every year. The highest salary package offered is around 12.5 LPA, and the lowest is about 4-5 LPA. The placement percentage is 75% or more.
Infrastructure: The main thing is that our college has the second-largest global library in the world, and it is facilitated by the digital library. A Xerox center, canteens, cafes, library, syndicate bank, gym, IGNOU labs, a huge playground, etc., are available.
Faculty: A curriculum that blends core subjects, labs, and industry exposure. There are three internal exams per semester and one final year exam. A comprehensive final exam is held at the end of the semester. Students need to score a minimum of 20 marks in internals and 40 out of 100 in the final exam to pass.
Other: In our college, they conduct mock tests to improve and gain knowledge about skills and projects. It also facilitates with internship in the final year.

Satisfaction with the faculty members and infrastructure.
Placements: Students who want to be placed in our college should have an 8.5 CGPA or above. The highest average package is 6 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Amazon, MNCs, Infosys, and other important companies.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi in our college is so good, and we can easily use it. Labs are excellent, and teachers teach us very well. Our library is mesmerizing and good. Our hostel provides good facilities, and the hostel warden offers food and other facilities like coffee, medical services, sports, and games.
Faculty: The faculty members are good at teaching, and the way of communicating with us is good. The semester exams in our college are quite difficult to pass. The pass percentage for the semester-end exams is around 60% in our college.
Other: I am interested in joining this course because of my interest in coding. I have selected this course because, compared to other engineering courses, I like the most. That's why I have chosen this course.

I highly recommend that you join this college. I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: SSIT is a deemed-to-be university located in Tumkur, and it comes under SSAHE University. Our college has great infrastructure, and almost 90% of students are placed every year. Companies like Microsoft, Bosch, TCS, and Tech Mahindra offer placements and internships at our college. The highest package is around 12.5 LPA and the lowest is about 4-5 LPA. They also add skill-based programs that are helpful for placements. It is ranked 29th among private engineering colleges in India.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are comfortable and have good ventilation, which is helpful for students' concentration in classes. There is Wi-Fi in every department, which can be used by students, and labs are well maintained by the individual departments. Our college library is said to be Asia's second-largest library, with great interior design and infrastructure. The hostel rooms and food are also good.
Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and have PhDs in their respective subjects. The teaching methods are useful for students to understand easily. There are monthly internal exams, which have proved to be helpful for the semester exams. The semester exams are not difficult, and they are easy to pass with a good score if you concentrate on the classes.
Other: Currently, I am a first-year student at SSIT, pursuing engineering in the CS branch. I have had a great experience this year. The events held this year were enjoyable and also beneficial. The greenery of the college is very peaceful, and it helps me relax and study.

Better but not best. I will place this college in top 20 in Karnataka.
Placements: I just completed 1st year in the branch computer Science and engineering and the placement are good enough compared to other colleges, in Tumkur except SIT and also better than most of the colleges in Bangalore, also like MVJ college of engineering Bangalore and est West like colleges and its all about our college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is above average. The library is world's 2nd most beautiful library, according to the records. This college has 3 main buildings and 1 library which has wonderful environment. The hostel has 3 blocks named as something.
Faculty: Faculty members also friendly. They know where to be strict and where not to. Teaching is good enough. And poor events for a year just 8-10 extra curriculum are there, which is celebrated grandly other than it is okay. And the exams are easy for others courses but not for computer Science.
Other: They provide their best compared to other colleges and the fee for management quota is also below average than other colleges. But we need packages in high level that is the minus point of college and it is also a minus point or other colleges also nowadays.
