Placements: Placements are not that bad. Companies come to the campus, and students take part. The placement training has been provided by conducting tests and classes regarding placements. It depends on individuals to get placed on campus.

Infrastructure: Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology (SSIT) Campus is spread over 65 acres of land with modern labs, a geodesic dome library, hostels, sports facilities, a gym, a cafeteria, and banking services. It provides a well-equipped campus for academic and extracurricular excellence.

Faculty: SSIT's electrical engineering faculty is experienced and research-driven. The curriculum blends core subjects, labs, and industry exposure. Exams include internals, practicals, and end-semester tests, ensuring strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Since last 5 to 6 years the major changes are made. But still many improvement required.

Placements: As placement is concerned, it is a bit low compared to other colleges in State capital-Bangalore, which is just 70 km away from Tumkur. But in Tumkur our college stands second in placement. It is improving every year, like last year only 10% were placed, this year it has been increased to 25%.

Infrastructure: SSIT campus is famous for its library which looks like a globe. Many students join this institution just for the infrastructure it provides. It has all kind of facilities like free Wi-Fi, playground, clean canteen, laboratories etc. which are required for the improvement of students.

Faculty: The faculty is good. The institute had set some standards while selecting the faculty like them must possess a Ph.D. in their own field of interest. The course and syllabus have been updated for every 4 to 5 years. The faculty are more inspiring and they are friendly with students.

Other: Our college is famous for fests. There will be around 10 fests are conducted every year.
