Really good college in a very chilly environment.
Placements: The amount of students placed are very low with very low packages. This year around 12-13 students are places at HDFC Bank which pay around 20k-25k. Any one from any department can take part in their placements. The role they offered was bank trainee. From the biotechnology department two kids are placed at Nestle although they won't take the jobs and will go for higher studies.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is nothing to complain about almost every thing is well established and well maintained. Labs and classrooms are also of good quality. There are two canteens in the college two basketball grounds and one volleyball. One water containment are for fishery department also one 200 capacitor auditorium.
Faculty: Faculty of the college is very helpful. Although I feel like the curriculum of my course is a little outdated. Nehru has not updated their syllabus for economics and its heavily easy for a DU student. Delhi University economics course is far more rigorous and quantitative than NEHU's. Even though the syllabus might be complacent but the question paper system is very rigorous again. 15 mark questions are asked which makes writing pattern very hard for long questions.
