I am absolutely disappoint by the teaching faculty and bad placement.

Placements: For the PGDM course at St. Joseph, the placement rate was poor; only 10% of students were placed by the end of trimester 6. The highest package was 7 LPA and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. Most top recruiters preferred MBA students over PGDM students. Only 3 students out of 35 secured actual internships, while the rest had internships in name only, such as selling insurance policies to family members. Most offers were for sales roles, with a few in finance, like tax and audit.

Infrastructure: It was normal—the facilities and infrastructure available for the course. In reality, the course was marketed by the college as a better version of an MBA with practical knowledge, but the facilities provided were worse than those for the MBA. There were no hostels provided by the college; students had to find their own PG accommodations. Additionally, there were no extracurricular activities.

Faculty: Yes, there is no doubt the teachers were qualified, but they were only qualified for regular courses with a semester system and not for the trimester system. That's why it was a complete mess and teaching quality was poor. The courses were relevant, but due to poor facilities and poor teaching quality, the students were not able to become industry-ready. The pass percentage was 50%, and the difficulty level was medium.

Other: The reason I chose this course was because of how it was marketed as a better version of an MBA with practical knowledge and making students industry-ready. But in reality, it was all fake promises. I wish the teaching quality would have improved, as well as the facilities, to give students practical knowledge. Except for Josephfiesta, there were no other fests worth mentioning; extracurricular activities were non-existent.
