Dissatisfied with the construction work going on the campus, but it has good facilities and crowd.
Placements: After the 4th semester, the students are called up for placements and are offered good packages from 20,000 to 60,000 per month. Most of the companies that visit here have a very good impression on the college. The chances of getting placed are 30-60%.
Infrastructure: The college offers Wi-Fi, a huge library, labs and classrooms with smart boards in every classroom. Everything inside the college is kept very neat and tidy. You get all facilities in the hostel, and the food provided is really good. The college has a sick room where you can rest for a while if you're not feeling well. It also has various sports facilities.
Faculty: The teaching quality is very good, and it will automatically make you feel interested in the subject. The teachers are friendly and are approachable anytime. To be honest, the exams are not tough at all if you study well. The pass percentage here is 40-45%.
Other: The course I opted for was IES because it has industrial-related subjects. The best thing about this course is the way of teaching. The college conducts 4-5 fests every year.

Practical exposure with great teaching
Placements: Fairly a large number of students were placed as far as I'm aware. However, I did not get placed through college as I wasn't getting the opportunity I was looking for at that time. All three courses were equally important and relevant with each other.
Infrastructure: Well, given that I'm from an Arts background, we were given practical exposure that deals with day to day life, such as sociology assignment that involved understanding people in everyday life. The university has otherwise provided for its students and their well being. Clean food, clean water, clean environment and other basic amenities are also covered.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and their teaching is great. Just paying attention in class helped me with 65% of the portion. The courses are elaborate and the teachers help provide insight on what careers can be looked at. Truly grateful for my industrial relations professor for his brilliant guidance.
Other: I would change nothing about the course. As mentioned earlier, the curriculum was elaborate and very insightful. Choosing a career was in a way made simplified. The cultural aspect of the university was brilliant and the exposure given to every student definitely mould us into a good character.

Apart from admin, everything is good.
Placements: As far as I know for placements, our batch as one from the humanities school did not receive many opportunities from the college while we did receive premium LinkedIn accounts. Most of my batchmates went for higher studies in other institutions while the rest found work back home or in the city through their own efforts or connections via their internships. About 40% of our batch had an internship of some kind or the other for newspapers, content writing, marketing or institutions like NIAS (for IR or public policy focus).
Infrastructure: For our course, we were placed in classrooms and media labs for newsroom simulation. These spaces were aptly equipped though at times, our own classrooms were crowded considering we had about 75-80 students for a subject. Food was available in two canteens, one right outside the humanities building (which also had a sick room) and one was the magis canteen which had a whole lot of other options in an affordable range. Magis canteen was right next to the sports field, in the same building with an indoor basketball court and shower rooms for athletes.
Faculty: Professors were really helpful and insightful. The course was also very enjoyable. Though foreign languages were seen as a challenge it was a welcome change for me as it helped me improve my proficiency in a new language (they offer German and French). The course did loads to help us make industry-ready with newsroom simulations, policy labs, and research training + fact-finding for international relations and conflict studies. Semester exams were of an appropriate level for our course and could be passed via expressing enough understanding of the subject matter.
Other: I chose this course because it was the only college that offered this combination that year and I wished to study journalism alongside IR and conflict studies. I wish however that the management could have handled things better. Because of attendance shortage, they held back half of the student population and then they introduced them to a lot of fees to get their degree from then onwards. My advice was to not miss a single class, medical reasons did not qualify as reasons enough to be absent. Only by showing a hospital admittance record, you could be excused.

Completely satisfied with the teaching, extracurricular activities and placements.
Placements: 90% of students were placed in my batch. 3 Lacs per annum is the average. PayPal is the top recruiter. 85% of students got internships in MNCs such as PayPal, Gartner, TCS and other companies. Trainings are given for HR, content writing and web designing. We can also work in NGOs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent including washrooms. All facilities are available such as Wi-Fi and library which is also worth it. There are facilities such as medical room with proper care. Sports and other gaming courts including gym is available in campus. Food in the canteen is also fresh.
Faculty: The teaching faculty members are really friendly, qualified, knowledgeable and helpful. The course curriculum is relevant. It interests students in every subject which indeed helps them to get better job opportunities and make them ready for the industry.
Other: I was interested in this stream because I found this course useful for my career. The syllabus gets updated regularly. So, I don't want to improve anything about this course. All the cultural fests are really enjoyable. Other facilities are also amazing.
