It's a minority institution and hence 50% of its intake capacity is reserved for students from this minority for which college was established in the year 2016. Yes, merit based scholarships are available for not only UG students, but also for PG students at St Paul's College:-

1. 25 percent scholarship is provided to students who have above 90 percent score in class 12 th.
2. 20 percent scholarship is provided to students who have above 80 percent to 90 percent score in class 12 th. 
3. Upto 15 percent scholarship is provided to students who have below 80 percent score in class 12th

Academics are quiet good but at some points it is weak. Teachers are not using new methods of teaching structure adequately. But overall the academics is good but I think they can make use of new teaching structures.
