That's great. And yes, you have to sit for the admission test. All the candidates have to go through it. Get the acknowledgement slip / Hall ticket and go for the test.

You are eligible to apply. Looking at your marks I think there's a good chance that you might get a seat. Dropping year is part of life. Not a problem at all.

No age limit is prescribed by the institution, but in some courses they have set an age limit of 22-23.
