My honest review of my college.
Placements: SIBM has a 100% placement record. The starting salary that students can expect ranges from 10-30 LPA, which is well as per the industry standard. Job opportunities are good. The campus placement has decent companies that one can expect in SIBM. The internship is completely based on the course that a student opts for a general management. We did not have an option for internships but a student can opt for doing a live project in college and faculty members are very supportive of this.
Infrastructure: Mess food is not at all good with no quality, no taste, and is high priced. There are no other alternatives but for campus students, we have a mess facility near the hostel area. The food there is a bit okay and one could have food.
Faculty: SIBM has highly qualified faculty members. We have a combination of external and internal faculty members throughout our course curriculum. All faculty members have more than 5 years of industry experience. Some are still in the industry. The knowledge that they impart is very relevant to subjects. Exams are not at all hectic. Faculty members give sufficient time for studying and completing assignments. One needs to manage time to get assignments completed on time and for their personal work, a proper time management would make life simple and college life enjoyable. The course curriculum is a bit outdated but professors bring a lot of new topics for discussion. Pedagogy is also a bit outdated considering the fact that a lot of other MBA institutes have innovative styles of teaching. Some of the courses are offered on specific campuses hence creating a lot of convenience for students to travel to different campuses.

Placements: Sidtm provides a 100 percent placement. The highest package offered was Rs 29.04 LPA, while the average package stood at Rs. 13.08 LPA. Top 15 averaging Rs. 20.4 LPA and the top 25 at Rs. 18.17 Lacs. Sidtm shows transparency which other institutes do not show. For freshers, it's average is 12.11 LPA, and for laterals, it's average is Rs. 14.01 LPA. This report is of the last batch, which is from 2022 to 2024. Sidtm has all the top B4 companies. Accenture, Strategy, Brain and Company, Tata Capital, Infosys and all the top companies are visiting. Here at SIDTM, it not only provides the teaching role but also the BFSI, consulting, marketing, cyberrisk, business analyst, product/project manager, brand manager, etc. Every student of Sidtm got a 100% internship, and the highest stipend for the summer is Rs. 4 LPA, which is similar to the top IIMs.
Infrastructure: Sidtm Pune offers a modern and supportive learning environment with high-quality infrastructure that includes Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, dedicated computer labs and a well stocked library and e-library. The hostel facilities are clean and comfortable, and the campus dining includes both a mess and canteen, providing various food options for students. Medical facilities are readily accessible on campus, and there are ample sports and fitness options to encourage a balanced student life.
Faculty: Sidtm Pune boasts a faculty that is highly qualified, knowledgeable and dedicated to providing industry-relevant education in digital and telecom management. The curriculum is updated to align with industry needs, focusing on areas such as data analytics, telecom tech, and digital strategy, which makes students industry ready. Also, SIDTM provides bridge classes for the students to cope with the subject with which they are not familiar.

Amazing college. 100% placements and attractive infrastructure.
Placements: Recently, our placement started. Before placement, we all did a summer internship for 3 months. I get a summer internship at Vodafone and Idea; 100% of students get a summer internship. Internship offers from the big 4 companies and top IT and consulting firms come with a stipend. Actual placement starts in the final year; the average package is 12.7 lakh, while the highest package stands at approximately 28.0 lakh. The top recruiters are the Big 4 companies (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PWC).
Infrastructure: The campus is surrounded by lush greenery and we have to cycle around the campus. The library has many journal databases for collaboration with people, plus we have access to online portals to access online books as well. We also have a swimming pool, a gym, a football ground and more sports facilities. Wi-Fi is available in classroom but sometimes network issues are faced. The hostel rooms are clean and well-maintained; we had a common fridge and kettle, and the balcony has the best view. Mess timing is so aligned with college timing that the food menu is very nutritious and healthy.
Faculty: I like the teachers; they are very helpful but as a student, I feel bored in lectures; sometimes they just read chapters. Teachers are highly qualified to do research in the field; more teachers hold doctorate degrees. There are three specializations under one course, including marketing, systems and digital, and finance as a minor specialization. Exams are conducted monthly. With exams, many live projects are given.
Other: There is a reservation for SC/ST, apart from the scholarships they also provide to SC/ST students. College fees is an issue .

One of the best colleges for MBA.
Placements: The placements of my college are really good. A lot of companies visit the campus which includes well renowned companies as well as the startups. All the companies off a very competitive package. There was 100 percent placement of students in my course. The highest package achieved was 27.83 lacs and the average package was 12.78 lacs. Top recruiters are Accenture, EY, Deloitte, Airtel, VI, Idea, etc. The roles offered includes Data Analyst, Consulting, Marketing and Research.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is very good. It has all the facilities for the students. There is a very big central library, Helipad, swimming pool, gymnasium, etc. Entire campus is equipped with Wi-Fi and the connectivity is really smooth. Also, there is a team of specialized doctors which helps the students in case of emergencies. Hostel rooms are well maintained. The quality of food offered in the hostel mess is very nutritious. The variety of food offered is vast keeping in mind that students come from around the country.
Faculty: The faculty of my college is highly acomplished. They are very helpful and knwdgeable. The teaching is of the highest quality. The curriculum offers niche knowledge of digital as well as telecom industries. It includes three specializations according to your area of interest: Systems, Analytics and Marketing. It also offers Finance as a minor specialisation considering its need in today's world. All these courses help the students to get industry ready and to do well in their fields.

Infrastructure: All classrooms are well-equipped with Wi-Fi and other essential. For hands on learning IOT and blockchain labs are set up. Placements: Our college provides 100% placements and summer internships. The Big 4 companies visit our campus for placements to recruit students. Top roles offered are tech risk, business analysts, marketing manager, financial risk analysts, tech risk consultant, and multiple consultant roles.
Infrastructure: The hostel rooms are hygienic and spacious. Clean drinking water and hot water facilities are available in our college. The campus security and hostel security is good. There is a common mess area for all hilltop colleges along with the main SIU library. Our college has sports spaces like football and basketball courts, a pool room, carrom, table tennis, etc. The midnight cafe below Petunia hostel is open till 1 am. There is a mini fridge for everyone to use from the respective hostels.
Faculty: All teachers are experienced. They have completed their masters in their domains. The course curriculum is updated through years to keep up with the changing requirements of industries. We have subject-learning on topics like IoT systems, AWS Cloud, neuromarketing, social media analytics, etc.

If you have a relevant experience of 2.5 years along with good amount of knowledge and skills to crack GDs and PIs, you can end up in top 10% salary cap.
Depending on industry conditions and demand that salary cap could command anything between 9.5-12 lakhs easily. Everything else rests on your expe
