SIT Pune MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2026
MTech at SIT Pune is a regular full-time programme offered over two years.SIT Pune MTech is offered in six specialisations, including MTech in AI and Machine Learning, Embedded Systems, Geoinformatics, etc. Admission into the programme takes place through either GATE Exam or an entrance test for non-GATE candidates.
At least 50% marks or equivalent grade in B.Tech. in related disciplines of Engineering of four years duration from any recognised University/Institution. 45% Marks or equivalent grade is required for SC/ST. Industry professionals who are supported by their respective company and have a minimum of two years work experience with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade. 45% Marks or equivalent grade is required for SC/ST in BE/B.Tech.
SIT Pune MTech follows the reservation policy, 15% of the seats are reserved for SC candidates, 7.5% of the seats are reserved for ST candidates and 3% of the seats are reserved for the Differently Abled. Over and above the sanctioned intake, the institute also offers two seats per programme to J&K migrants and 15% of seats are allotted for international students including NRIs. SIT Pune MTech Fees 2026 is composed of two components which include academic fees and institute deposit. Per annum SIT Pune fees for MTech differ for every specialisation. The total tuition fee for SIT Pune M.Tech ranges between INR 80,000 and INR 5.6 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria. They should have completed a four year graduation degree with at least 50% marks. SC/ST category students need 45% marks. Pay an application fee of INR 1,000 for each programme.

Step 2: Click on 'Admission Registrations 2026' and register with basic details.
Step 3: Log in to fill out application form and upload documents.

STEP 2: Selection
