SIT Pune M.Tech admission takes place through the GATE exam, but if candidates want to enrol for the M.Tech programme through the MHT CET entrance exam they can apply for admission in integrated BTech + M.Tech programme at the university. SIT Pune offers merit scholarship to semester toppers for UG and PG courses. The scholarship is offered to first four toppers in the order of their merit of every batch of every course in each semester.

• Second topper gets 15%
• Third topper gets 10%
