About MIT Pune, Established in 1983, MIT Pune is a division of MIT World Peace University. A wide range of engineering specialties, including Chemical, Civil, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Environmental, Mechanical, and Petroleum engineering are among the B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. programmes that are offered. The India Rankings of Engineering 2021 published by NIRF place MIT Pune at number 138. The Times Engineering Survey 2021 ranked it 14th out of the best private engineering institutes in India. Yes, candidates can take admission in SIT Pune BTech programme with MHT CET score. However, aspirants without the score need to provide the scorecard at the end of the admission process during document verification. JEE Main is one of the accepting exams for Symbiosis Institute of Technology Pune BTech programme. The score of the candidates is required to take admission in BTech programme. Aspirants along with JEE Main rank need to meet the eligibility criteria. Hostel fee differs according to type of accomodation. For three sharing room, you pay INR 1.68 lac and for four sharing you pay INR 1,24 lac. Mess fee per annum is INR 1.19 lac. This is paid in two instalments of INR 59,800 each. You also need to pay refundable hostel deposit of INR 20,000.

MTech is offered in four different specialisations with a course duration of two years. M.Tech programme is spread across four semesters. Candidates who have passed BE/ BTech in the relevant discipline from a recognised university with an aggregate of 50% (45% for SC/ ST category candidates) can apply for SIT Pune M.Tech programme.

No, aspirants are required to fill out the application form for SITEEE online. Aspirants cannot submit the form in-campus or send it to the institute. Aspirants must register for the exam before the deadline to avoid rejection of the applications. The exam is conducted in two phase usually in May.

Besides, aspirants also need to pay an application fee of INR 2,150 in the start for General category. There is relaxation in the fee for reserved category aspirants.
