Satisfied with faculty, but not satisfied with placement, really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placement of my college is not very good, but a little bit good. In 2017, many companies came, but not the good companies to my college. There is a 50 percent of the students placed here. The roles offered here to the students are the site engineer, electrical engineer, GET for mechanical engineer offered to the students. There is also a placement cell here.

Infrastructure: In my college, infrastructure is nice, and everything is there in my college like the Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, central library, medical facility, canteen, sports and games, etc. available on the campus. The quality of the labs and classrooms is also nice, and the hostel will be clean and nice. Food will also be provided in the hostel.

Faculty: Faculty and teachers of my college are very much helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is also good, and the course curriculum, is also useful. In my college, one time a Synfeast was conducted and many students and teachers took part in this program. A seminar is also provided for these students.

My worst engineering experience.

Placements: My batch's placement is 0, and the senior batch is also 0 because the civil engineering companies are not coming to my college. There are no internships, no salary offered and no placement cell. It is a poor college and no campus, and it only spoils your future and waste of time.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility for students. The lab is there but not important instruments available. Approximately 25-30 classrooms are there. No library in the college. There are a small canteen and no quality food. 5-6 hostel rooms are available. There are no sports, no medical facilities, no proper knowledgeable faculty members, and a corrupted director small garden.

Faculty: Only 4-5 guest faculty are there. I think only 2 faculty members are knowledgeable. The whiteboard and marker are used for teaching. The student-teacher ratio 50:1. There is no industry exposure. The curriculum is not useful. My college experience in Synergy Institute Engineering and Technology is worst.

Other: The farewell programs only were organised and no events. There is no scholarship provision. There is no campus, so no crowd. Even the total number of students are approximately 100-150 in all branches and all 4years.

The diversity, the cross culture and the cooperation under a single roof.

Placements: The placements at my college are good. The average package offered for the placements of the computer science is around Rs. 3.4L. They promised for providing 100% placements, and they almost achieved it. For the civil branch, the companies which are used to visit are Ramco and Ganesh Infrastructure. And Wipro was the company related to mechanical, and computer science and almost 20 students got placed there.

Infrastructure: The best part of the institute is that it is a green belt institution. It has lots of different kinds of trees from different places around the world. And the library was up to the mark with a great security system and a good library management system. They have provided the best bunch of books written by local as well as the foreign writers. Talking about the lab in the civil department, it was the best lab as compared to the other institutions all over Odisha.

Faculty: About the faculty that is teaching in the institution, they were the most experienced and friendly with the students and are used to cooperate with the students. They used to conduct the special guest lectures with most of the corporate sector leaders. The environment with the teachers was on a very lighted note. Whenever the students had any doubts, the faculty members are ready help.

Other: This college is situated in the greenery and valleys of Orissa, District Dhenkanal. The college campus is fully energetic. Every scope for the students are available. College Faculty members, Lecturers and HOD are supportive. The one thing which you may miss is the city life.
