Placements: Good placement is available, with an average package of 5 LPA. MNCs like Teach-Mahindra, Wipro, and Cognizant hire freshers as well. Graduates are well-placed in roles such as sales executive, HR, manager, and other higher roles. Some students even become successful entrepreneurs.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are good and air-conditioned. Wi-Fi service is available within the campus for students. The labs are not well-equipped with modern and high-tech equipment. However, the institution doesn't provide any hostel facilities, which is necessary.
Faculty: The faculty members are good. Based on Tripura University affiliation, the institution has a solid curriculum structure. Compared to other private engineering colleges in the state, it has a comparatively low fee structure and also provides scholarships for students.

Discovering Excellence: A Comprehensive Review of Techno College of Engineering Agartala.
Placements: Our college achieved 100% placement this year, with the highest package at 5 LPA. Top recruiters included Infosys, Edutech, Learn, and Deloitte. Electrical Engineering also achieved 100% placement, covering both core and other jobs. Average: 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: We have 4 CSE labs in our college, which include Image Processing and High-Speed Data Analytics Laboratories. In Electrical Engineering, we have real-life demonstrations with the help of instruments like transformers, core, and analysis laboratories. In Civil Engineering laboratories, they study different chemicals, making of bases, soil testing, analysis, etc. At the moment, we don't have any hostels, but the construction of one is ongoing.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful. The majority of them have achieved a Ph.D., and those who have not are studying for it. The minimum degree that a faculty member holds is a Master's. Our curriculum is designed by Tripura University, a prestigious university in Tripura. The semester exams are moderately difficult and competitive for the betterment of students.
Other: I myself wanted to pursue Electrical Engineering, and I have decided that Techno College of Engineering Agartala (TCEA) will be my college, as it is one of the best colleges in Tripura for pursuing Electrical Engineering. I wish there were a power station in our college, which would have helped us even more to understand the functions involved in our line of work. Our college hosts events like Agaam, Adois, Urja, Holi Fest, and many more. To help students, there are also scholarships that provide almost free-of-cost education.

Many people don't know about the college because of less marketing.
Placements: Some of the top recruiting companies are Deloitte, CBRE, Amazon, Khimji Ramdas, Asian Paints, ITC, Nestle, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, etc. The college placements are excellent. Almost all our seniors got placed in good and reputed organisations like Amzon, Deloitte, CBRE, HDFC AMC, ICICI, Khimji Ramdas, etc.
Infrastructure: In our college, there are limited sports facilities. Mess food variety is good. Cooking arrangements in the mess are hygienic and of quality. The taste of food is acceptable. There is a well-stocked library.
Faculty: The academic schedule is relatively hectic with more than 15 lectures per week. Exams and semester tests are conducted monthly so one has to study round the year to score well. The answers are application-based. The teaching methodology follows practical discussions around case studies that take place often. There are not many industry visits but regular fairs, talks, and workshops are arranged to enhance learning and research. Teachers help students with learning resources from the library.
Other: Incomplete attendance invites a penalty in our college. The dress code is followed by both students and faculty members. Additional expenses are paid for compulsory courses. As a consequence of the violation of rules, parents are called especially, if girl students move off-campus. Our college has moderately a busy calendar with 1-3 monthly events.

Choose your college wisely. It has bad management, the worst infrastructure, and locality.
Placements: Our college has a very low placement rate. There are no good placement firms. Job openings in a bad domain with a very low annual salary are available. Because of the rating of the college and infrastructure, no big tech companies come to recruit students from here. There is no career council or personality and technical development cell.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility. The Wi-Fi is just for show; it doesn't work. The lab condition is not good. The air conditioners are faulty. The internet speed is very low; it takes ages to open Google.com. During the monsoon season, the ground floor of the whole college drowns. There are broken windows and sometimes cattle poop in the classrooms.
Faculty: Some faculty members are really good, but they are also fed up with this college administration. Most of the good faculty members have left the college or are trying their best to get out of here as soon as possible. The course curriculum is old school and doesn't help at all during the interview. You have to learn industry-ready skills on your own. You won't get any help from the institution.
Other: We get the worst campus life. Connectivity is really bad. You have to walk 20 minutes from the nearest autostand to get into the college. The location is on the outskirts, which makes it the worst. You will be in trouble if you are travelling by public transport because it's really hard to find one to reach this college.

Though our college is new, it performs greatly.
Placements: About 90% of the students from the previous batch got placed in the previous year. The highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA. Top recruiters for our course are TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Tata Consultancy, Kia Motors and Microsoft. Top roles offered in our course are manager and trainee.
Infrastructure: Facilities are top-class here, and the infrastructure is also top-notch. Classrooms have good air-conditioners and nice ventilation system. There is a decent enough library which is well equipped, and the campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs are very clean, and all the instruments work well. There is no hostel now, but our college is thinking to provide the hostel in future. There are 2 canteens, among which one is a dry canteen. In another canteen, all the cooked food items are available. There is a designated medical centre in our college building for any kind of emergency. There is a common room with all possible indoor games and outdoor sports, and there are 2 grounds for football and cricket and one badminton court.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful, and there are many PhD holders as faculty members here. They are well knowledgeable and give us valuable lessons. They are very friendly and very co-operative, and they try to provide us with industry knowledge. They are well aware of the current scenario, so they put extra efforts for our better future.
Other: I have chosen this course in this institution because of its excellence and top-notch teaching programme. We get a quality education here.

Our college provides great faculty members and decent placements.
Placements: Almost 95% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HCL and HDFC Bank visit our campus for placements. A top role offered to the students is a manager.
Infrastructure: Our college provides smart classrooms and modern labs with all required equipment. Students can access Wi-Fi facility on the campus. Our college does not provide hostel facility, but our authority is looking forward to it. There is a good canteen, which serves tasty and healthy food items. There is a dedicated sports room. Our college provides a playground for games like cricket, badminton, etc. Every year our college conducts an annual sports day.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very much helpful. They are expert in their field of study. We learn the topics easily. They also conduct skill development and corporate training sessions, so we got to know the atmosphere of the real industry-level problems.
Other: I have chosen this course because from the beginning, and I wanted to become an engineer. I was also interested in the field of renewable power. I am pursuing this course to exchange today's power schemes with green energy. I think more companies should visit our college as our institution is in it's developing stage so that we could do better and get some great experience with them. Our college organises an annual fest named Parichay, where we involve and get to know the process of managing every little situation in a hectic environment. Our college provides various state and central scholarship schemes, which help many economically weak students pursue their dream career. Our college conducts many seminars.
