No, you can't get direct admission in OUCW. If you are trying for under graduation you have to apply through DOST (Degree online services Telangana). There will be phases in it. There are no management seats in this college only through DOST you can get admission. If you are trying for PG then TSICET has to be written. It is an entrance test for the PG colleges. There will be 4 phases in DOST. You have to apply for it select the course and wait for the seat allotment. Seat allotment depends upon the marks and caste. After the allotment of seats there will be counselling for the students. In that, they take all the documents and the fees of the students and after the admission if any student wants to change the course they can do it through intraphase which will be after joining in the college. And the hostel facility is only available for the students of under graduation of 2nd and final years. The hostel admission is done on the basis of the distance of the student's home town and the college. For PG admission entrance test have to be written that is TSICET. The student have to get qualifying marks and rank for the admission. The admission of the student here depends purely on the entrance test's marks. The seats are alloted, then there will be counselling for the students who qualified in the test. There are no management seats for PG also as it is a government college. There are numerous courses available in UG and PG. Direct admission is impossible for both PG and UG students. The only way is through DOST and TSICET. There will be intraphase for both UG and PG students where they can change the courses and languages. There is no hostel facility for the PG students of the college. They must stay in nearby private hostels. The campus is good for both the students, UG and PG. There are various courses offered which other colleges or universities don't have. The fee structure is also very low compared to other colleges. The faculty is also very educated and are friendly. Their teaching experience is more and their way of teaching is also good and help the students to understand easily. The campus is so beautiful and has peaceful atmosphere. The staff is also very friendly and encourages students to participate in the college activities. The College also provides facilities to the disabled students like blind or physically handicapped students. It is a good college for quality education and helps students to achieve their goals and ambitions. It is an autonomous College which means the centre for the semester exams will be the college itself for the students. There is no other centre for the examinations.

Bachelor Of Technology (B Tech.)

It is Four year undergraduate courses mainly focuses on engineering disciplines such as Civil Engineering, Meechanical Engineering  and Electronics Engineering and communication Engineering.

Bachelor of Pharmacy:

BPharma is a 4 year undergraduate course that focuses on Pharmaceutical sciemces and drug development. It does not have any specific specialisation in this undeergraduate program.

Bachelor of Commerce:

It is a three year undegraduate programs. It mainly focuses on accountancy, auditing, business studies and entrepreneurships computer applications and taxation. Those who wants to take admission must have completed 12th boards with good marks. 

Osmania University administers the Common Postgraduate Entrance Test (CPGET) for admission into its various programs. It also accepts results from a number of national entrance exams, including the GATE, TSICET, CMAT, Andhra Pradesh ECET, and TS EAMCET, for undergraduate studies like BTech, PG and Certificate programmes. Osmania University administers a PhD entrance exam for doctoral programme admissions.

Osmania University College for Women was founded in 1924 and has been a constituent college of Osmania University since 1989. According to 2022 placement data analytics, out of total 1009 students of UG (3 Year Batch), 105 students were placed with a median package of INR 2.5 LPA and out of total 560 students of PG (2 Year) batch, 200 students were placed at a median package of INR 4 LPA.

The hostel facility is provided only to UG students of BCom, BA and BSc. It's provided from 2nd year onwards there is no hostel facility for the freshers they've to stay in private hostel for the first year. The mess provides 3 times meals and tea to the students. And hostel rooms are alloted to the students based on their distance from hometown to the college. The hostel facility is good at OUCW.

If we are going to compare fees of both colleges the I will say that KG Reddy college is bit expensive that Osmania college of enginnering, Osmania University (UCEOU). Undergraduate courses like B tech programs, Osmania university charges around 50 000 per year for 4 years, Osmania University charges comparatively less in B tech programs than Compared to other colleges for B tech.

In KG Reddy college, fees for B tech is somewhere around 100000 Indian rupees per year for 4 year. KG college is however expensive it also offers ranges of courses in B tech field like Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and many more. 

The strength in OUCW is around 50-60 in each class or course. The B.Com UG students are less in number compared to BSc students. The student teacher ratios are also good. And they focus on each and every student and clarify the doubts of the students regarding the subjects. 

If a student fails in the internal exams at OUCW, there is no re-test. The internal exam consists of 15 marks and 5 marks for the assignment work. And 80 marks are for semester exams. So if one fails in the internal exams at OUCW there is nothing to worry about. The total passing marks of a student is 35 out of 100 which can be scored in the semester exams.

The library facility is good at OUCW. There are books related to subjects and other encyclopaedias and story book. There are separate sections for various languages. The library is of 2 floors. Everyday newspapers are also available in the library. They even allow us to take the books along with us for a certain period of time.
