The University of Hyderabad released its merit lists for various PG and integrated programmes on its official website in the month of October and November. National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the CUET 2025 exam date anytime soon at nta.ac.in. It is expected that CUET UG 2025 exam will be held in May/June. The exam will be conducted in multiple slots each day. The number of CUET exam slots will depend upon the number of candidates registered for the exam.

University of Hyderabad offers postgraduate, PhD, integrated, and other programmes to students. At the postgraduate level, the university offers MTech,  MBA, and other programmes to students. The university also provides PhD programmes to various course students. Admission to most of the programmes is based on the entrance examination conducted by UoH. In addition to this, it also accepts several national-level entrance exams for admission to MBA, MCA,  MTech,  and PhD programmes.

On the other hand, Guru Nanak University, particularly the Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, Ibrahimpatnam, is also a respected institution with good infrastructure and faculty strength. GNU had a placement rate of around 20% in 2022, while University of Hyderabad had an almost 55% placement rate.
