The college is very big and students get change.

Infrastructure: Hostels are also good. We get electricity, hot and cold water, free Wi-Fi everywhere on the campus. We have guest houses for accommodation of parents or any relatives, it is paid and should be booked, food quality in mess is good, but not good like all.

Staff are very well educated.

Placements: In last year, which is 4th year, students start practicing internship, and later on they get placed in well-to-do companies. There are many companies that visit our campus, like Infosys, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc. And they place a number of offers. I will talk about my branch, which is CSE. The highest package offered was 55 Lacs. There are about 90-93% of students getting in campus placements. My plans after the degree are to get placed in a good company and later do some business.

It is an average college and not value for money. The food is bad and placements are a little fine.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not working properly. The food is not that good and clean. The hostel is fine. Medical facilities are good. Sports are good. There is not that fair competition in games. It has very large playgrounds. It also has a swimming pool and gym. Overall, this college is not good. The mess food is bad. It does not give fruit to students. The library is so good, big, and comfortable place to study.

Faculty of my college is good enough for this course.

Infrastructure: The curriculum stitching method and the examination structures are very good at this college. The curriculum covers overall essential subjects like C programming, algorithms, operating systems, computer networks, and DBMS, which are core in the field of Computer Science. It also includes Java.

Firstly, the infrastructure of Janak Puri campus is outstanding.

Placements: By the 7th semester, the students will be eligible for the campus placement. Companies like Wipro, TCS, Hike, ZopSmart, etc., visited and made almost 10-20% offers in total. Highest package for the last year was 14 LPA. Around 50% students have been placed till now this year.

Read this before joining UIET, MDU.

Infrastructure: The infra of my university is overall good and well maintained; however, the same isn't true with the hostels. Although the authority seems to have provided good infra for the hostels, the residents have failed to maintain it. Apart from that, the labs are average, and the library is grand and really nice. There is greenery all around and many parks which are well maintained. You'll get almost all the amenities inside the university campus, but they might feel like they're on the expensive side....

Why I chose this college.

Infrastructure: Maharshi Dayanand University provides a good hostel facility. Hostels in Maharshi Dayanand University are divided into courses and senior and junior. Many of the hostels have single rooms, but for freshers, they may be sharing a room with other students, having one room with one bed, one table, one chair, and one fan.

Teaching staff is very friendly and supportive here.

Placements: Placement is not that good. Companies visit college for interviews. But only a few students get selected. You have to prepare yourself very well for interviews. Some students also got good placements. But percentage of getting placement from college is only 30-40%.

Life inside the campus.

Infrastructure: The facilities provided in the hostel are pretty good. The room is good and huge, which I used to share with one of my friends. During winters, we used to get hot water accessibility, and the meal was also good, decided by all hostelers, and we used to get food.

The college provides a disciplined and academically focused environment.

Placements: Our college students usually become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester onwards. That is when the placement cell starts shortlisting students, arranging pre-placement talks, and preparing us for interviews with mock tests and resume-building sessions. Some companies that visited our campus recently are Wipro, TCS, and HDFC Bank. The highest package offered in the last placement season was around 8 LPA.

This course is very relevant to my personal and professional growth.

Placements: Students of the final year are eligible for placements in their respective departments. Basically, many companies visit the college from surrounding areas like Wipro, Infosys, etc. At least 50 companies visit my college. The highest package offered in placements is 22 LPA by Google.

Facilities are amazing across the college.

Placements: The average package offered in the college is 4 LPA, which is decent for such a large crowd. From the 7th semester, students are eligible for placements. Many renowned companies visit the college for placements. Last year, the highest package offered was 10 LPA. I am trying to explore my options as of now, but I will be pursuing an MBA.

It has a great infrastructure.

Placements: Companies start coming from the 6th semester onwards and take a few good students with them for internships. They also get a PPO if their performance remains good in the company. The actual placement starts from the 7th semester onwards. Some very good companies came like Apple, Robrix, Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase, etc. The highest package offered is 55 LPA. The average package offered is 9 LPA in the computer science course.
