Information about the University of Lucknow, Jankipuram Campus.

Placements: About 10% of students got placed in my batch. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Wipro and many more companies visit our college for placements. All students of my batch got internships in different companies. Managers and HR roles are offered to students.

Infrastructure: There is a good connection of Wi-Fi in the campus area and surroundings. But sometimes the Wi-Fi does not work or support the work. There is one computer lab and one seminar hall built inside the building both are used regularly by students.

Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable in the college. They also teach very well. All the topics in the course are covered. The course curriculum is relevant, and it also makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are not very difficult.

Other: I chose BBA in International Business course due to my passion for marketing and exploring new things in the market.

Everything you want to know about Institute of Management Sciences, University of Lucknow.

Placements: It depends on the students, that whether is he/she capable to crack the interview or not. The management always tries to bring top companies for placement. The highest package which was offered was of 5 LPA by Jaguar, and it was the top company among others which came for recruitment. Saying about the roles offered, it usually depends on your specialisation.

Infrastructure: The whole campus is a Wi-Fi campus. You can get connected to internet anywhere. The campus also has a library which has more than 13k books, and online connectivity with the other library of the university. As I'm not a hostel student so I'm not able to tell much about the hostel, but still hostellers are satisfied.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified like there are also some teachers who completed their study from IIM. They are always present when you their help. Talking about the course, as it is a management course, people often say that commerce students can do well, but here students from another stream don't face difficult, they also do it very well. Semester exams are not so difficult. If you come daily and attend the lectures it is much easy to score good marks in semester exams.

Placements: The students placed are quite few; around 15-20% of the batch are placed. The highest package is INR 4 lacs, and the lowest is INR 2 lacs. Companies that visit campus include Infosys, Accenture, Byjus, etc. The college provides internships to selective students. Roles that are offered are social media manager, marketing assistant, accountant, etc.

Infrastructure: Labs are good with wi-fi. Classrooms are spacious and well ventilated. Smart boards are there. The library contains useful books for the course. Hostels are quite good. The food provided is average. There are extracurricular activities organized regularly.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and teach well. They are knowledgeable and experienced. The course curriculum is very relevant and follows the new education policy. The exams are moderately difficult. The right amount of study is enough to pass the exams. The pass percentage is 33%.

Other: I chose BBA International Business as it is a specialization that holds great value domestically and internationally. The curriculum is great and covers all topics. Improvement is required; there should be more practical involvement in the studies. Real-life skills should be taught.

Good infrastructure with supportive faculty. Clean and green environment. Naac A+ Grade.

Placements: Approximately 70% of students get placed when they reach their third year. For a greater package, you have to pursue an MBA. The highest package is INR 6 Lacs per annum, the lowest package is INR 3 Lacs per annum, and the average package is INR 3–4 Lacs. The top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, Mahindra, and many others. Internship opportunities arrive from time to time. Every student should apply for an internship and gain experience. Companies like Wipro, TCL, and many other developing companies provide internship opportunities online. The top roles are marketers, accountants, data entry operators, etc.

Infrastructure: The department has a clean and green environment. The faculty are very supportive and well qualified. The department has smart classrooms, well-equipped Wi-Fi, a computer lab with air conditioning that contains more than 100 computers, and a library that contains all the books for the course. Hostel facilities are up to par. There are cameras for proper monitoring and good infrastructure in the hostel. The quality of the food is average. Sports equipment is available in the hostel, like bats and balls, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, and indoor games like carrom and chess.

Faculty: Yes, teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Every teacher is Ph.D. qualified and has detailed knowledge about their subjects. The course curriculum is average; more focus is given on theoretical knowledge (about 60%), and 40% is on practical knowledge like seminars, business events, and internships. These activities surely help students prepare for industry to some extent. Semester exams are moderately difficult. With the help of proper strategy, you will easily crack the examination, and the pass percentage is 40 percent.

Other: I chose this course because I am from the commerce stream and I want to pursue an MBA in the future, so I thought BBA+MBA was a great combination. The best thing about this course is that we will get practical knowledge by doing internships, attending events, and much more. I think the package provided by the college should be improved, and more and more companies should visit our campus. More emphasis should be laid on practical knowledge over theoretical knowledge.

Our college provides decent facilities and placements.

Placements: Our college does not provide good placements for students. The average salary package offered ranges between 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Students got sales jobs. Companies like Upgrade, Khatabook, Piramal Finance, etc., visit our college to recruit students.

Infrastructure: All facilities are average in our college. We have classrooms, labs, a library, etc. The hostel and its room are good and neat. The mess and canteen provide good food. Our college provides indoor and outdoor sports to play.

Faculty: The course curriculum is decently designed. It covers all major things related to business. All teachers are good, humble, and experienced. They teach us well. They help us when required. The semester exams are very difficult to pass. The pass percentage is 50%.

Pretty High. You may get admission in your selectes course easily. Last time spot counselling was conducted to fill vacant seats in multiple Business programmes.
