It provides good infrastructure and facilities but not in placements.
Placements: Only 45% of students were placed in our college and there was no on-campus selection. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. They had joined TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and some start-up companies also. There were no top recruiting companies in our college. Only 2-3 students got internships from our course, but they do not even know what will do in the internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good in our college for BCA. There were no Wi-Fi facilities for students and only for teaching staff. The library was small but average. The hostel facilities were not provided, and canteen facilities were not available. There were no proper drinking facilities. Sports were conducted only once a year. Medical facilities like first aid kits were available.
Faculty: VEIT is only famous for the good and knowledgeable teachers. They were the main pillars for the students. Teachers were well experienced and trained in their field. One of my favorite and most talented staff were CRK, Uma Maheshwari as principal, and many supporting teachers.
Other: I opted for this computer-based subject in PUC so I had decided to go for BCA, especially in this generation software is highly recommended for the jobs. It has a feature in this BCA course. The main thing that college needs to improve and they had to conduct on-campus. The cultural events were mainly important to enjoy the students.
