Review of V.P.M.'s B. N. Bandodkar College of Science.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tech Mahindra, Reliance, Capgemini, Croma, Smart Sight Innovation, and TCS. Around 5% of students got internships from our college. The top role offered is a web developer. Students will get placements according to their skills.

Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Classrooms are good and spacious. Around 150 students can accommodate in each classroom. Labs are good. There is good internet connectivity on every PC. The library has many books. The library has a peaceful environment.

Faculty: All teachers are Ph.D. holders and have completed their master's degrees. They are experts. The course curriculum depends on your interest. I will suggest you try to learn more programming languages.

Other: I opted for this curse because I wanted to become a software developer.

The worst department of our college is the B.Sc. in Information Technology.

Placements: Our college does not provide any placements in B.Sc. in Information Technology. It is the worst college and does not provide any internships. Nothing is helpful. It will give us KT and keep us stuck and make us frustrated. It checks our patience level. If students want to spoil their college and grades, then we can choose BSCIT in this college.

Infrastructure: There are no fans or lights. It has the worst classroom. Everything is the worst. I suggest students don't ever choose this college if they need peace. There are just unwanted restrictions and checking patience. Students can take a gap year, but don't ever choose BSCIT in this college. There are no competitive sports or any games. There is nothing.

Faculty: It has the worst faculty members. They just check our patience. Their hobby is to give KT. It is the worst. If students need peace, then don't ever choose BSCIT in this college, as it is the worst department. They provide unwanted rules and keep us stuck in every single process.

Good learning experience with helpful faculty members and decent placements.

Placements: I pursued B.Sc. IT from BN Bandodkar College. Around 50% of students from our batch got placed. The highest package was 4 LPA, the lowest was 1.8 LPA, and average was 3.2 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini. About 40% of students got internships at Wipro, LTI, and startups, mainly in roles like software developer, web developer, and QA.

Infrastructure: Our B.Sc. IT department at BN Bandodkar College had good infrastructure, well-maintained computer labs with Wi-Fi, projectors, and updated systems. Classrooms were clean and comfortable. The library had all the necessary IT books and resources. There was no official hostel, but students usually stayed in nearby PGs. Canteen food was decent and budget-friendly. While medical support was basic, first-aid was available when needed. College also had a big ground and encouraged sports like cricket, football, and more through regular events.

Faculty: Faculty members in B.Sc. IT at BN Bandodkar College were helpful and had good knowledge. Some teachers were really good at explaining, while few just read from slides. Teaching overall was decent. The course curriculum was okay, it covered programming, database, and few other things, but some topics felt old. It was somewhat industry related but needs update.

Other: I was part of the B.Sc. IT batch at BN Bandodkar College. I chose this course because I liked coding and tech. The practical labs and projects were the best part. Syllabus could be more updated and hands-on. The college fests were fun. The crowd was friendly. The campus was well-connected and had good vibes. Sports and cultural events happened often, and scholarships were available too.
