Best for placements, one of the top colleges for a reason.
Placements: You need at least 80% to get in. The minimum would be 6 LPA, but it could scale up to 13-20 LPA for companies like Tata, Infosys, etc. Currently, we are all interns at companies like Central Railway, BEST, Accord Electro Technics, TIFR, etc. The top roles offered are representative, event manager, and club representative.
Infrastructure: All classrooms and some sitting areas have Wi-Fi, and the network strength is very good. The library also has Wi-Fi, and it's vast—you can find any book you want from diploma to degree level. The sitting area is large and appears quite premium, I guess. The hostel is also very good and clean. The mess offers tasty meals, and the rooms are quite nice. For sports and games, the hostel ground is very large and well-maintained. We also have a gymkhana offering games like carrom, chess, and table tennis.
Faculty: The staff is very friendly and helpful, and all of them are experts in their fields. So, the lectures are easy to understand as long as you stay attentive. The curriculum is well balanced, providing good theoretical and practical experience, preparing us for the industry. Plus, we are required to do a two-month internship, which gives us even more practical and on-field knowledge.
Other: I opted for this course because I was genuinely interested in electronics as a field and subject. The best part is that we are taught essential computer languages. To be honest, nothing else comes to mind. Events are quite lively—they are managed by students from the cultural clubs and are very energetic. The campus crowd is super helpful and friendly, especially if you are new and need assistance. The campus itself looks quite historic because of how old the college is. You can get a bunch of scholarships based on your score, and extracurricular activities are good.

I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: Among the number of students who participated in the placement process, almost 95% of the students got placed. Top companies offered a salary package of 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges from 2-2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like L&T, Godrej, Bluestar, Vertiv, etc., visit our college for placements. Mostly after diploma, students either did jobs or went for higher studies. So I don't personally know students who took internships after the course. The best salary package for a diploma level engineer is offered by the placement cell. Most of the top companies recruited students from our batch. Roles like junior trainee engineer and sales engineer are offered to the students.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our college are up to the mark. The canteen provides a quality of food at affordable rates for students of the campus. The sports and games department is next level as our campus had almost every sport and games arena as well as equipment.
Faculty: The semester exams are not so difficult as the faculty members were friendly while teaching. They also personally taught students who missed the sessions or did not understand the topics. The practical approach was excellent. I am practically ready than theoretical.
Other: I have chosen this course because I always had an interest in exploring random electronics gadgets and see what is actually inside them and how does it work. The best thing about this college is that they finish their odd semester before December and the whole month of December is for events, fests, exhibitions, etc. Because of this, everyone used to get an opportunity to participate and enjoy those events and fests without academic pressure.

VJTI is every engineer's dream.
Placements: Each engineering branch has the decent placement opportunities. The placements are good. But most of the students go for the higher education(B.E), so they don’t sit for the placement. One can expect good MNC companies like Blue Star, Siemens, etc., which comes every year. Earlier they had a sandwich pattern, where one-year industrial training was mandatory. The package offered varies from student to student. Regarding placements and academic curriculum, VJTI is the best college in Maharashtra.
Infrastructure: It has a huge campus. One of the oldest and reputed college with the well-equipped labs, good canteens, quadrangle and maintained sports ground. It has 2-3 canteens in the different sections. There are separate grounds for football, cricket, and badminton. The college provides the hostel facilities for girls and boys. The college has an auditorium, where most of the cultural events take place. There is a gymkhana for indoor sports lovers. Though the infrastructure is old, they are well-maintained.
Faculty: One of the best faculty members of Mumbai University. The faculty members are helpful and courteous. The college ensures that the students will get the best faculty for their respective stream. You can easily approach the faculty for any doubt or the other academic issues. For diploma, there are few professors as teaching staff, who are completing their M.E from the same college.

You cannot get admission in this college, if you have not appeared in the entrance exam. This is a government college, so there is no management quota also. So, it is not possible for you get a seat in this college. I will suggest you to go for private colleges like Amity University, Shardha Univers
