An honest review of VVPIET, Solapur.
Placements: The reputation of this college regarding the placements is not so good but they’re trying to improve. It is also the students duty to improve their skillset and give their 100 percent to get placed. The college has given us an assurance that they will provide placements.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility in the college is good and it provides all the necessary facilities for the students. The college also provides a private hostel facility. The course structure is planned according to the AICTE norms and the course completion is also sped up. The college’s location is outside the city.
Faculty: The qualifications of the faculty should be better which I would recommend to the college. They should hired experienced staff because it affects the curriculum. The teachers are not so focused on research. The curriculum is designed as per the AICTE norms and it also has a unique concept of a proctor which helps solve questions of the students.
Other: The college is good and admissions are also improving day by day.

I am not satisfied with facilities, placements, and teachers of this college.
Placements: Almost 60% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Sanaki, TCS, Wipro, and Softenger. Around 30% of students got internships in this course. Top roles offered are full-stack developer and software tester.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very good. Laboratories are decent. Computers are also available in the laboratory. The library is average. Hostel facilities are great. The food served in the mess is decent. Canteen is also available. Medical facilities are not good. Sports are conducted in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. The teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are tough. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. This course is very good. Our college should improve its practical knowledge. Events are conducted in this college. Our campus crowd is average. Scholarships are provided to merit students.

Good but not value of money.
Placements: Very few students got placed from your college, and they are not worthy of the money. No technical knowledge is given to the students and not many students can get a placement from that college. Nobody takes the responsibility of placing students and getting them a good job.
Infrastructure: Not enough facilities are available in the college, no Wi-Fi is provided, and no new technology is installed. The efficiency is okay, but not reliable for the students. They have smart classrooms that should be for every class, but only one department has one smart classrooms.
Faculty: Teachers are not that helpful in our curriculum, and in other activities, we often suffer during our exams. We are not able to score well in our exams due to not getting proper guidance and a proper roadmap for the exams. Teachers should explain it more.
Other: I chose computer science and engineering.

It is a very good college with very good facilities.
Placements: This college is not very good in terms of placements because it is a newly recognizable college in Solapur city. However, maybe in future, our college will provide good placements. But now there are no placements.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is good. There are hostels for girls and boys, and our college provides a good mess and also good food. The quality of the food is well managed. But management doesn't care about students and their problems. Wi-Fi facility is available on the campus.
Faculty: The teaching is good at our college. Teachers are qualified, and our college has a great number of students from all over the district. Teachers are helpful and friendly with students. They are kind and always ready to help in any situation. Everything is good about teaching.

Placements: In first year we had 158 students in all
Highest package was 6 lpa lowest was 2 lpa and average package was 4 lpa
Top companies are tata motors, mahindra, suzuki jhon dery Sanaki, TCS, Wipro, and Softenger
100 percentage of students got their internships industry training
Infrastructure: There are many facilities like ro water plant, e library, reading room, digital classrooms, computer labs , and other course related labs
Hostel facilities are good but sometimes face problems for hot water. Food available in mess and canteen can be prepared more well. College organises various sports, dance, traditional days and various games
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful there is no doubt for any teaching faculty
This course is very related to the curriculum and there are many industrial visits and sessions related to training and placements organized
College organises period tests and mid semester exams whose level is quite hard total marks of exam is of 20 and passing mark is 8 out of 20
Other: because I wanted to learn how to build and design software application and it is problem solving, an essential skill for life. After completing this course you will have lots of high-paying job positions that will play a great and crucial role in your occupational life.
