VJIM MBA course admission is done based on candidates' scores obtained in CAT/ XAT /CMAT /MAT /ATMA /GMAT. Step 1: VJIM MBA Application Process 2025

To get admission into VJIM, candidates are required to follow the complete admission procedure, and the institute has given a specific score to each selection parameter. Check out the detailed process further.

Step 1.1: Open the official website of the institute (www.vjim.edu.in).

Step 1.2: Click on ‘Admission’ and then on ‘Admission Process’.

Step 1.4: The application form will appear on the screen. Fill it with all the required information.

Step 1.5: Post filling out the application form, candidates are redirected to a payment gateway to pay the VJIM MBA application fee, i.e., INR 1,200.

Step 2: Selection Process

For admission to the MBA course at VJIM, candidates are shortlisted according to their scores in the entrance exam and their previous academic qualifications. The institute has specified the scores for the selection criteria, such as 5% for Class 10 scores, 5% for Class 12 scores, 10% for a bachelor's degree, 35% for entrance exam scores, 5% for diversity, and 40% for the PI and Communication round. Once candidates get shortlisted according to their scores in the academic qualification, they are referred to the PI round.

Step 3: PI and Communication Round

This is the last stage to select the students for the PGDM/ MBA course. Once candidates get shortlisted based on their entrance exam and other parameters, they are required to appear for the PI round. This round carries the maximum amount of weightage for the selection process, i.e., 40%.

Step 4: Admission Confirmation

Selection will be based on meritorious performance as per the selection criteria. Moreover, shortlisted candidates will receive an offer of admission via e-mail. Further, those who accept the offer letter are required to pay the first instalment of VJIM PGDM fees before the deadline. The total tuition fee for the PGDM course is INR 8.6 lakh.
