My college review for upcoming MBA students.

Placements: All the students out of 180 are placed at some top-level companies like Deloitte, Tata Capital, JP Morgan, Hindustan Unilever, etc. The highest package offered is 18 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 7 LPA. Top companies like Deloitte, Tata Capital, and Hindustan Unilever recruit from this college. All 180 students got internships from the college itself. Top role offered in this course is marketing manager.

Infrastructure: The students learning at this college can avail a lot of facilities like all over Wi-Fi connection, totally centralized air-conditioning in the entire college including the lecture halls, lobby, and canteen area. There is a 4 storied library in the C wing of the college, where students can refer to various books and articles that can help them in their academics. The quality of the food is also nice. There are different counters for different cuisines which also helps reduce longer waiting time. There is an indoor sports unit as well.

Faculty: Faculty appointed by the college is very skilled. They have a lot of experience in tackling situations that the students might face in the future. The course curriculum is also very much relevant to the ongoing needs of the corporate offices, and these can help the students to be industry-ready. The semester exams are a bit difficult but not that much if you are willing to learn and want to become successful in life.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to bring out the leadership qualities and nurture them to fit the corporate work cycle. There are no improvements required in the course. College also hosts various events in the stadium for which the students can volunteer if they want.

Placements: My college has a good placement cell which helps students to get placed in top companies. The placement cell also arranges regular guest lectures with industry leaders who can help the students with their personal experience and can pave the way for the future managers. Top recruiting companies are HUL, Hafele, Reliance, Tata Capital, Lodha, etc. The highest package was 24.5 Lacs and the lowest package was 8.5 Lacs. There are majorly managerial roles offered in this course.

Infrastructure: The college building consists of a 4-floor building divided into 3 wings: A, B & C. The A wing consists of the canteen and faculty rooms, the B wing consists of the lecture halls, and the C wing consists of an open auditorium. The whole 4th floor is a botanical garden where students can have a fun time with their friends.

Faculty: The faculty in this college is very helpful and knowledgeable. There are certain subjects that may not be relevant to the course but are anyway included in the curriculum. The difficulty level of the exams is medium. Students can easily pass the exam if they study well. The pass percentage is decided on the basis of 50% of the highest score.

Other: I chose this course because I found out that my graduation degree won’t help me achieve what I was aiming for. The best thing about my course is that it is shaping my personality, which is fit to be a great manager. Many events take place in this college, like the cricket event, concerts, Red Bull F1 car show, etc.

Cheated by DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai. Time, effort, and money wasted. It is a fraud.

Placements: No placements. There are zero placements from our batch. They share list of companies for placements during the admission, however, there are no placements for the entire batch. These people promise something and deliver something else, money minded folks.

Infrastructure: It was an online course so won't be able to comment much on the infrastructure. However, the digital tools and study materials used for this course were not up to the mark. There were many errors and tech issues that we faced in the LMS given to us by them.

Faculty: Only 1-2 faculty members were good, the rest were not good enough. Self study was the only option. Most faculty members would just read the content on the slides. There was zero student engagement and interaction. It felt more mechanical than a student centric teaching.

Other: I chose this course as they promised an executive MBA degree showing proper credit/paper/semester. They also got an ABC ID created for updating academic credit. After spending precious time and doing hard work, the certificate that was provided mentioned that it was a professional development program and a non-credit program. A non-credit program from such an institution is not worth INR 1.5 lacs. During admission, the brochure, the sample certificate, and the counselor mentioned otherwise and portrayed it to be a credit-based degree. The entire batch of 40 students got cheated this way, not just me.
