The college has average placements and good infrastructure.

Placements: The placement in the college is not 100%. It is average at best and the placement cell is not quite active at present. However, the management is working towards improving it. As of now, not much information about the placements is available. However, we can hope for the best for the upcoming students. I would recommend joining this college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great. It has a centralized AC. The canteen and cafeteria are good. The moot court hall and the Vivekananda hall are also top-notch. A lift facility is available. There is a small garden area as well. Along with an open theater as well. We have a secure campus. The library is also good. There is a small park area as well. Classrooms are spacious, and the nearest metro is Samaypur Badli Mor.

Faculty: Professors are great and experienced. Faculty members are great. Exams are conducted on time and the syllabus is also very updated. We have a new subject, legal research, and moot court. Many competitions are held in our college. Teachers are very helpful and understanding.

Other: Events and fests are held in our college. There are many societies in college. They organize many activities.

I am absolutely satisfied with college.

Placements: Over the past years, more than 250 companies have visited. While specific company names are not listed. High number of visiting companies indicates a diverse range of recruiting from various firms. The internship participation rate is constantly high, with full-participation. While specific roles are not detailed, the high placement and internship rates suggest various opportunities.

Infrastructure: The department is supported by modern facilities. We have Wi-Fi, enable campus with well equipped labs, smart classrooms and an extensive library. Mess and canteen serve a variety of nutritious and hygienic food. on campus, we also have medical facilities and a good sports recreation area.

Faculty: Teachers in this college are generally well-qualified, experienced and supportive. The teaching quality is often praised for its clarity and practicality. Semester exams are challenging yet fair with most students passing at a high rate reflecting the great academic support.

Other: I chose this course because of my passion. I appreciate how the programme blends all together. Best aspects include the modern facilities, experienced faculty, and excellent exposure through internship and live projects. Overall our college life is vibrant with well-organised fests, and cultural events.

VIPS from a law student's eyes.

Placements: The college is still in the infant stage of placements. Students have to work hard for their placements. The college aids in the procedure. However, there is a placement cell in our college. The same applies to internships. Students have to push for internships. However, the location of the college provides an advantage for internships (as it is closer to many law firms, independent advocates, and Rohini District Court). The college has a big name (the same goes for the university, IPU which helps in getting acknowledgment).

Infrastructure: The campus is average in size with huge grounds and greenery. Grounds provide a nice place to hike, study, or chat with friends. Classrooms are equipped with centralized AC systems along with huge windows. Our college provides hostel facilities. One can find accommodation in the form of PGs and independent flats around the campus. Our cafeteria offers a variety of food options but it is a bit expensive.

Faculty: The faculty is one of the best features of VIPS. They are super welcoming. They are very knowledgeable and help students hone their skills. The academic pressure is a bit on a higher level. The college conducts 2 examinations, internal and external (conducted by the university) along with PSDAs which are similar to assessments and projects. However, the checking scheme is on a lenient part. The curriculum is designed to get the students ready for the real world and get real hands-on experience. The curriculum has mandated students to intern in their 4th, 6th, and 8th semesters.

Other: The festivals conducted at VIPS are truly events worth attending. Various departments, such as Journalism and Engineering, host different festivals, including SPANDAN and OBLIVION. However, there is an admission fee for both VIPS students and those from outside, with prices differing for each group. The library at our college is like heaven; it is filled with a wealth of books and reading materials. It is also equipped with computer systems that assist with research work.

An insight into Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Pitam Pura.

Placements: Very few get decent placements. The average package is around 2.50 LPA. Internships are also rare, if you don't have connections in courts. You can prepare for various jobs in legal field such as practicing advocate and legal advisory. You can also apply for judiciary as well as jobs like public pros.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are equipped with hi-tech facilities like a projector and whiteboards connected to desks. The college has centralized air conditioning. Library is full of hi-tech facilities like internet, computers, and air-conditioned with comfortable seats and desks.

Faculty: Exams for each semester are held in 2 parts like internal and external. Internal exams are of 15 marks, 5 marks for attendance, 20 marks for PSDA (professional skill development activities), and 60 marks for external exams so total is 100 and out of that you need at least 40 to pass a subject.

Really nice management and Faculty.

Placements: The law placement cell in VIPS works fine; advocates and corporate firms come to the campus to recruit students. But, the number of students placed compared to the batch size is much less. And mostly students have to rely on their connections to get a job. So there is still space for improvement.

Infrastructure: The college has 3 blocks of different departments, VIPS has AC in every classroom, and there are huge libraries for each department. The classrooms have projectors and large windows for ample sunlight. The campus is full of trees and plants, it's so full of greenery and is very clean. There are 3-4 Auditoriums and moot courts. There is no hostel facility available, however, there are PGs available within walking distance from the college.

Faculty: The college is affiliated with GGSIPU so it follows the same academic calendar and syllabus. There are professional skill development activities (PSDA), which are done in classrooms and hold significant marks, so this makes the students industry-ready. The teachers are very friendly and helpful. Semester exams are not very hard, they are relatively easy and people pass easily. And there are counsellors and clinical psychologists available 24/7 for mental health support.

Other: The closest metro station are HaiderPur Badli Mor and Pitampura. Majnu ka Till and NSP are the best places to hang out and have fun with friends and spend some time. There is an annual fest called Initio which is organised every year apart from initio there are different fests organised by different departments and then there are Diwali and Holi parties organised and ethnic days celebrated in the college.

Good faculty and infrastructure butpoor placements.

Placements: Only 30% students get placement from the entire course. Highest package offered is 5-6 lakhs (only to 9 to 10 student) and lowest Package is even lower than 2.5 lakhs for rest of the student. Most of the students get placement due to their personal approach. Placements are made in local law firms only. Very less percentage of students get internship from college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, as the complete building of the course have centralized AC and built with good standards. It has classrooms with comfortable seats and projectors. It has auditorium though have less space. It has good library with variety of books available there. It has one moot room and one hall.

Faculty: It has good faculty, they are knowledgeable enough to teach the subject properly, except one or two teacher. Many of the teachers have their PhD from esteemed institutes, some of them even from NLus and some the are PG from NLus. Teachers are helpful also. Course curriculum of the university is relevant except some BA subjects. Exams are quite difficult but fair for the students.
