It is a good college for opportunities.
Placements: The pandemic has slowed down the placement season for now. Only one core company has completed its drive as of December 2020. Students are always appreciated to apply for IT companies. The placement season for our seniors of the 2020 batch was excellent. Almost 90-95% of the eligible students got placed.
Infrastructure: The campus has a Wi-Fi network, but it works only in some areas on the campus. The library is huge and has all the important books. For some reason, you can't sit in the library and complete your assignments, but you can find your peace to study. Classrooms are average, but they are renovating the interiors for the past 2 years. Labs are great, and VESIT is well-known for its instrumentation lab. It is equipped with a mini industrial set up to provide students with hands-on experience.
Faculty: The instrumentation department has great faculty members. Professors are helpful and teach well. They are very friendly and are willing to solve all your doubts. Notes provided by the professors are helpful for students. More than 80% of the portion is completed in every semester.
Other: Fests such as Illusion and Utsav are great. The rest of the events seem to be enjoyed only by the cultural team. I suggest not to expect non-instructional days for the fest. The college is slightly strict in terms of studies and attendance as compared to the rest of the colleges. The campus is great and forever expanding. You can have a good college life in 4 years.

Our college had good placements in 2023.
Placements: Many students got placed in 2022. JPMC, Capgemini, Carwale, Forcepoint, TCS, QuickSell, etc., visit our college. About 45 students got placed in JMPC with the highest salary package of 17.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on campus. The food served in the canteen is good. Our campus has a very calm and soothing environment. There is a xerox and print shop inside the college campus, which provides prints and xerox at affordable prices. Stationery items are also available at an affordable cost.
Faculty: Our college is under Mumbai University. All courses and their teachers of various departments are knowledgeable. The attendance is very strict. Almost 75% of attendance is required to be free from the defaulter list.
Other: Events are held very well in our college. Our college is accredited by NAAC with an A grade.

VESIT provides the best faculty members and good infrastructure.
Placements: Only one company visited our campus for placements. If possible, they sometimes make you attend for placements, along with BE students as there are lots of companies visit for BE placements (if a company recruits ME, students). There are 3 students who can apply for internships, and they are called as JRF and get a stipend of between Rs. 16,000- 25,000 per month. Post for JRF is filled after an interview process for ME 1st-year students who don't have any backlog.
Infrastructure: The college has very good infrastructure, good lab facilities and an excellent library. There are good AV rooms and wi-Fi facility as well. The canteen is also good, and there are hostel rooms. There are huge enough classrooms, and a medical room is available. Students can play TT and carroms at boys common room.
Faculty: Faculty members were very good, highly qualified and knowledgeable. They were strict and also helpful. They use both chalkboard and projectors for presentation slides. The maximum intake of our course is18 students. Even an IV is arranged at the satellite station.
