Review of Wainganga College of Engineering and Management (WCEM), Nagpur.
Placements: Placements were moderate. Most students were placed in service based companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, L&T Infotech, etc. with an average package of 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA. Core branch placements were limited and largely dependent on student skills. Placement cell was active and organized training sessions, aptitude tests and mock interviews Internships were encouraged but students must find opportunities on their own.
Infrastructure: College campus was well maintained and spread out offering a peaceful environment. Infrastructure was above average compared to many regional colleges in Nagpur. Hostel facilities were available for both boys and girls. Rooms were spacious with basic amenities like beds, study tables, fans and attached bathrooms. Food was served through an on campus mess and quality was average.
Faculty: Faculty members at WCEM were experienced and approachable. Professors guided students well, especially for academic and mini projects. However, research exposure was limited and industry collaboration needed improvement. Their strength was friendly nature, available for help beyond class. Teachers weakness was limited industry exposure and advanced research.
Other: Our campus environment was good. It provided decent infrastructure and library. Faculty members were friendly and helpful. There was an active placement cell for IT/CS branches. The fee structure was affordable.

My experience at Wainganga College of Engineering and Management.
Placements: In the computer science and engineering course, more than 50% of students got placed. The highest package is 6 LPA, and the average package is 3 LPA. The lowest package is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, Google, Facebook, Infosys, and Microsoft visit the college to hire students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very impressive and big. It just looks like a Taj hotel. There are various facilities like a Wi-Fi connection, a library, and more than 50 classrooms according to their department. Various facilities are available in the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive and encourage every student to participate in each activity. Various programs are organised related to our course like Hackathons, Ideathons, etc. This program helps students in industry.
Other: It is the most trending branch, and a lot of job opportunities are available in this field, so I chose this field.

Decent infrastructure, supportive faculty, and the scope for better placements.
Placements: There is a placement cell in our college that organizes a mega job fair every year, due to which many students get enrolled in it. Through this medium, one can achieve a job related to their skills and how they present themselves before the company. The highest package can differ from 5 LPA - 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college campus has a hostel, gym, library with several books, and a canteen where hygiene is maintained and is very good. Each floor has Wi-Fi, and with the help of this, we can use it for downloading E-books and other study materials, which can be beneficial to us.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and have deep knowledge about the course. The syllabus is completed according to the academic calendar. The course is relevant and makes us industry-ready. Semester exams are a little bit difficult, but our faculty members put in a lot of effort to make it easy and understandable.
Other: Everything is celebrated on our campus, such as during Navratri, Garba is organized. Ganpati festival is also celebrated.

Value for money with quality education.
Placements: 50% of students got placed in various companies last year from the computer science and engineering branch. Besides this, students from the other non-IT branches also got placed in various MNCs. Many companies such as TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Ambuja, and Capgemini recruit students by taking job drives on our college campus.
Infrastructure: The institution provides us with the best infrastructure along with a good hostel building. Health and hygiene are also taken into consideration for the improved relationship between students and the institution. The hostel provides us with a 24/7 electricity supply that students can't stop learning by any chance. Hostel comes with cleaned bathrooms and cleaning is done on a regular basis by the sweepers.
Faculty: College comes with well-qualified and experienced faculty that enlightens students' ideas and their intelligence throughout their academics. Many curriculums like soft skill training, industry-expert seminars are conducted to drive students through the industry's working process. Now the college is autonomous, so semester exams are difficult. It can be rated as average. Students are able to pass exams.
Other: The reason for selecting this college is that it comes with quality education with efficient feels. The seats for the computer science and engineering branch are high. Some things can be improved like food quality at the college canteen. The best part of the institution is many events and fests are carried out throughout the academics so that you are not going to blame yourself regarding enjoyment with proper education too.

The college is outstanding for me because it gives me a degree.
Placements: 90% of students get placed in our course. The highest package offered is 15 LPA by TCS and the lowest package is 6 LPA. TCS company hires students from our course. 95% of students got internships from our B.Tech course in companies like Tech Mahindra, TCS, Paypal, Microsoft, Amazon, and Flipkart. Roles like web developer, data analysis, etc., are offered here.
Infrastructure: Facilities are good in our course like unlimited Wi-Fi, no network issues, and the most beautiful thing is the library environment. The quality of food in the hostel is outstanding. The canteen is fully operated by solar. The ground is too big to play sports.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to us in any situation. They are highly qualified in their respective courses. They have extraordinary knowledge. The B.Tech course makes us ready to work in industry and the course it is. Semester exams are moderate and difficult because the paper-making teachers are professionals. The pass percentage is above 90% every year.
Other: I want to become a software engineer because it is the course that I can become a successful person. The best thing about my course is it makes us a technical person.

WCEM Nagpur campus is small but effective. The college provides a quality education.
Placements: Wainganga College of Engineering and Management is the engineering college in Nagpur. 50-55% of students get placed every year from college. The highest package is 6 LPA and the lowest package is 2 LPA. The college also organises a mega job fair every year. Placements are based on students' skills. Students get placed on their skills and how they present themselves before the company.
Infrastructure: The college campus is small, but it has a hostel, gym, and a library with various books. There are two canteens in our college and a canteen where hygiene is maintained and it is good. All branches have personal labs, workshops, and classrooms. The building structure is very good. The campus is small but very effective.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and have deep knowledge about the course. The syllabus is completed according to the academic time. Various other activities are also done in college like guest lectures, etc., which help to build our skills.
Other: Everything is celebrated on our college campus like Ganesh Puja, Navratri when Garba is organised, annual functions, and various events. The college is strict and there is no chance to bunk the class. The campus is small, and when students bunk the class, they easily get caught. The college and faculty members organise programs to encourage and motivate students.

An average decent experience.
Placements: The percentage of students got placed is good. Although companies that visits our college are startups that offer a basic salary. Companies are quite decent so high packages are not expected. Mostly students from every branch have a chance to get placed.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and attractive. Wi-Fi is available. Classrooms are average. Library contains most of the subject-related books. Canteen is good. There are not many options, everything is not available to eat. Stationary is also available so we can get basic things inside the campus only.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and good at knowledge. Their guidance brings 100% best in us. However, management is very poor and needs improvement. Teachers don't usually overlook students' progress, we have to do everything on our own most of the time.
Other: Campus may be small but other activities like cricket, basketball, and volleyball court are available and equipped.

If you are interested in IT or Computer Scie then you should definitely choose this college.
Placements: A minimum of 70% is required to get placed in a good company.
Till now more than 400 students have been placed only from CSE Branch.
It offers jobs for backend as well as front-end and full-stack developers too. Definitely, you should take admission here.
Top recruiters are TCS, TECH MAHINDRA, Infosys, and other companies are also offer good packages. This is one of the best colleges in Nagpur.
Infrastructure: In the hostel, Wi-Fi and library facility are available.
Every facility is great from the hostel to mess and canteen everything is worth for money.
At a minimum amount, they provide great service.
You should consider this college
It is located in the Dongargaon area which is hardly 25 km from Nagpur city. There are rooms also available in the nearby area like Butibori and Dongargaon etc.
Faculty: Absolutely, the teaching staff is friendly and is always ready to help you.
The semester exam is not that much tough because the teaching staff teach you very well. Your exam will be always fine.
Here your attendance matter, you need to be present and attend college at least 75% is important.
Otherwise, they won't allow you to give exams and also it affects your practical marks too.
Other: No need to improve anything, it's already the best.
