The honest review of TGPCET Nagpur.
Placements: Almost 72-80% of students are placed from my college, and the highest package is 19 LPA, while the lowest package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Amazon, TCS, Wipro, and some Nagpur-based IT startup companies. Students from TGPCET are getting selected by these companies for various roles like software development, web development (front and back end), full-stack development, and cybersecurity.
Infrastructure: Our campus is a Wi-Fi campus. Wherever you go on our campus, you will get a Wi-Fi connection with good-speed internet. Our library is also large, with a lot of books in various categories, such as MPSC, UPSC, GATE, and other engineering-related books.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly and help us clear every doubt we have. The management is also strict, and exams are conducted strictly to avoid cheating or copying. The semester exams are moderate. For preparation, a question bank is provided for each subject, and the semester paper is prepared based on that question bank, with some questions coming from outside the question bank.
Other: I chose Computer Science Engineering because I have been interested in technology since childhood. And I started a YouTube channel and website in 10th standard. I am interested in developing websites and building networks, so I chose Computer Science Engineering as my branch. My life goal is to get a job at Microsoft.

Faculty are very old and slow.
Placements: You are placed in that college if you have achieved 55%. If you achieve 8 or above pointer, the highest may be 17 LPA and the lowest may be 3 LPA. Companies like Mahindra, Byjus, and L&T are involved. The highest percentage of learning and skill improves, and you also improve yourself.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and Wi-Fi is available anywhere, but not in the garden or ground area. Labs and classrooms are very normal. The library is very good. The department is not well, and the college campus has no parking area. The main building has no lift, and no water purifier machines.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and their teaching quality is good, but some teachers are not, and their teaching quality is not industry-ready. The curriculum is relevant, but not all students are industry-ready. 45% are from RTMNU students, and 35% may be autonomous students. Faculty teaching is not good, not all, but some.
Other: Events and fests are very few, and the campus is small with no activities. I chose this college because I didn’t know about B.Tech colleges, and that was my mistake.

Satisfactory placement, but the campus and hostel are the best. Overall, a good college.
Placements: There are good numbers of placements in TGPCET, and the packages are satisfactory. There are no such high package offers to any student. Most placements offer 3 LPA to 7 LPA mostly. Interestingly, there are some big companies like L&T, TATA, KEC, and CEAT that hire many students from our college for its MIDC unit. Our college provides internships in Nagpur IT companies. They do inform about internships in metro cities, but we have to reach out on our own, so many students prefer Nagpur. Mandatory internships start in the final semester, but the college only accepts offline internships.
Infrastructure: Hostel life is the best in engineering. Our college has built new hostels for both boys and girls. The best part about the hostel is that it is just 3 km from the campus and near the market. The hostels are good, and mess facilities are proper with tasty food. Sports facilities are the best, and our college participates in many college sports events. College classrooms are good, but many rooms are non-AC. The library is on campus and also available online.
Faculty: The quality of teachers is good. There are some exceptions, but mostly all teachers are helpful and good at teaching. They are harsh during class but also help with doubts. Exams are strictly conducted, and no cheating is allowed. The exams are tough and difficult to pass if not studied well. The best part is that exams are taken on time, and we don't have to wait long for results.
Other: The college provides scholarships to many students and helps with the scholarship process.

TGPCET is a dream of college many students and it provides many opportunities.
Placements: As per my knowledge, the placement cell of our college helps students to get internships and jobs. They provide job postings and internship information in WhatsApp groups. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. Last year, around 75% of students from our department got placed in marketing and core fields.
Infrastructure: The campus and infrastructure of our college are the main attractive to many students which is worth it. Some of the classrooms in our college are equipped with projectors. The hostel life of our college is considered to be the best. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, cleaned bathrooms, and good-quality food. The hostel budlings are well-equipped with good furniture, perfect lights, and fans.
Faculty: Our faculty members are the most intellectual and experienced. The curriculum of our college is the best and designed by the advice of faculty members of our college. Our teachers always encourage our doubts and queries and solve them for us. Exams are difficult but theocratical subjects are easy to pass. Our faculty members provide us with extra questions for preparations.

Our college has satisfying placements and really good facilities.
Placements: We have placement cell in our college. More than 300 companies visit our college every year for campus hiring. Last year the highest package from our college was 15 LPA and average was 6 LPA. More than 80% students got internships and placements from IT, CS ECE department.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is also good, and college has all the facilities available like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library etc. College hostel is very affordable, and they provide very nice facilities. Mess food is very good compared to any other PGs in the locality.
Faculty: Faculty in our college is very efficient and hard working. They are very friendly and supportive towards us. They are highly qualified and graduated from reputed colleges. Exams are hard and students have to study with full of dedication. In each semester, approximately 75% of students pass.
