WGSHA Manipal BA Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Fees, Placements, Curriculum, How to Apply

The WGSHA BA course admissions are made after evaluating applicants on various parameters. At the first screening stage, the applicants are required to appear for the ‘Department Test’ conducted by Manipal University. Those who get shortlisted move to the next screening stage. STEP 1: WSGHA BA Application Process 2025

The application process is conducted in online mode. The steps to apply are as follows:

Step 1.1 Visit the official website at https://manipal.edu/wgsha.html and click on the ‘Apply’ button available on the top.

Step 1.2 Register as ‘New Candidate’

Step 1.3 Login with credentials created in the above step

Step 1.4 Fill out the available application form

Step 1.5 Pay the WGSHA BA application fee 2025 of INR 600 through a Debit/ Credit card, net banking, or any online payment method. On successful payment, you will receive a confirmation notification.

Step 1.6 Click on the submit button to apply

STEP 2: Department Test

After applying, students must appear for the ‘Department Test’. This test runs for one hour and evaluates students' knowledge of the following subjects/topics:

• English- Vocabulary, Analogies, Idioms and Phrases, Grammar
• General Knowledge & Current Events - Basic Science & Technology, Weights & Measurements, Currencies & Capitals, International Sporting Events, Personalities, etc,

STEP 3: Shortlisting of Candidates

Next, the admission committee prepares a rank list based on applicants’ scores in the aforementioned exam. Those who get shortlisted are then called for several GD and PI rounds.

STEP 4: GD & PI

At WGSHA, students are required to pass one GD and two PI rounds. Those who perform well in all three rounds are offered provisional admission letters.

STEP 5: Document Verification

Once students accept the admission offer, they are required to report to the institute for verification of documents. It is important for students to carry original copies of academic and personal documents.

STEP 6: Payment of Fees

In this last step, students are successfully admitted once they pay the admission fee. As per official sources, the admission fee is INR 10,000. Other than this, the total tuition fee to be paid later in installments is INR 7.2 lakh.
