XLRI Delhi Admission 2026: Fees, Courses, Eligibility and Selection

XLRI Delhi accepts XAT scores for admission to PGDM programme. Aspirants seeking admission in PGDM Business Management are offered seat only via their XAT scores. For PGDM IEV, candidates can also take admission without XAT based on their scores in CAT, MAT, GMAT, etc. Candidates have to register on the offical website of XAT to appear for the test. XAT is conducted by XLRI in online mode every year.

XLRI Delhi fees is a sum of various components such as tuition fee, caution deposit, etc. Aspirants who are shortlisted for admission in the institute are required to pay the programme fee. The tuition fee payable for two-years PGDM IEV programme is INR 16.5 Lacs approximately. The fee for PGDM Business Management is INR 15.3 lakh per annum. 

XLRI Delhi admission to PGDM programmes is based on XAT scores of the candidates. Besides, candidates can also apply with a valid score in CAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, GMAT, or CUET for PGDM IEV. Additionally, aspirants are also required submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) and a 5-minute video (Comprehensive Business Plan - Ideation/MVP/Traction) for the PGDM IEV. Selected candidates have to pass a personal interview round conducted by the institute. The final selection is done based on performance of the aspirants in all the rounds.

Candidates need to pass a minimum of three-year bachelor's degree to apply for PGDM programme at XLRI Delhi. The minimum aggregate required is 50%. Hence, aspirants with 60% in graduation can apply for PGDM. However, it is also important for the aspirants to pass any of the accepted entrance exams for admission. 

XLRI Delhi has not specified any age limit to apply for admission. However, candidates must fulfill the qualification requirements to get admission in the institute. The minimum qualification required to apply for PGDM is graduation. Aspirants must also have a valid score in XAT for admission to PGDM programme.

XLRI Delhi applications open online. Candidates wishing to apply through XAT score must register for this exam. Candidates can also apply on the official website of the institute for PGDM IEV. Below are the steps to apply at XLRI Delhi through XAT:

Step 1: Visit the official website of XAT.

Step 2: Click on 'Register' on the Home page and fill out the details to generate login credentials.

Step 3: Login to fill out the application form.

Step 4: Upload the documents and pay the application fee to submit the form.

Candidates who are applying for XAT have to pay an application fee. Aspirants have to pay INR 2,200 to apply for XAT. Candidates can pay the fee via any of the online payment modes. Aspirants have to pay INR 200 each for every additional programme of XLRI. 

XAT is conducted on the first Sunday of every January so the XAT 2026 exam date is January 4, 2026. Official announcement was made by XLRI Jamshedpur on July 9, 2025. The exam will be held in a single shift and the duration will be 3 hours. The exam timings will be 2 pm to 5 pm.

XLRI provides merit and need-based scholarships to students pursuing course from the institute. XLRI Delhi students can apply for scholarships only if they meet the criteria. Below are some of the scholarships available:

Students belonging to SC/ ST category and pursuing a course from XLRI Delhi can apply for Alumni Scholarships. These merit-cum-need based scholarships. Below are the details of the scholarships:

The average package at XLRI Delhi MBA stands at INR 28.5 lakh per annum and has ensured 100% placements for all graduating classes. Key recruiting companies at XLRI include Accenture, Deloitte, Amazon, and other companies that have taken a keen interest in XLRI graduates with solid management and leadership skills. The highest domestic offer stood at INR 78.2 lakh, while the international offers went as high as INR 1.1 crore, particularly for HR roles, which puts the return on investment as well as recognition in the industry by any standard.
