XLRI Delhi admission to PGDM programmes is based on XAT scores of the candidates. Besides, candidates can also apply with a valid score in CAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, GMAT, or CUET for PGDM IEV. Additionally, aspirants are also required submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) and a 5-minute video (Comprehensive Business Plan - Ideation/MVP/Traction) for the PGDM IEV. Selected candidates have to pass a personal interview round conducted by the institute. The final selection is done based on performance of the aspirants in all the rounds.

The average package at XLRI Delhi MBA stands at INR 28.5 lakh per annum and has ensured 100% placements for all graduating classes. The entrance exams that XLRI Delhi accepts for entry to the MBA program include the following:

XAT - Xavier Aptitude Test: It is the main entrance exam accepted by XLRI for admission to its MBA programs.

GMAT: XLRI accepts Graduate Management Admission Test scores for its PGDM-GM program.

GRE: XLRI accepts GRE scores for admission to its PGDM-GM programme.

Note: XLRI Delhi does not accept CAT scores for entry into its MBA programs.
