Candidates with valid qualifications can apply for the course by visiting the official website of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). As per the official brochure of AMU, the university began accepting the application form on March 5, 2025. Further, the application form closing date without a late fee is on April 5, 2025, and with last fee of INR 300 is on April 12, 2025.

As per the seat availability at Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology, there are over 364 seats reserved for the M.Tech course.
