Dr. M.G.R. Fisheries College and Research Institute has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
B.F.Sc.	Candidate who have obtained any Diploma or vocational course after matriculation will not be eligible. The medium of instruction in the admitting University will be English. The minimum age limit should be 16 years of age as on 31.08.2023.

Apollo School of Nursing Chennai admissions are offered on the basis of merit. Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 55% in Class 12 for admission to UG level courses with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as mandatory subjects. Similarly, for PG level courses, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 55% in graduation with 1 year work experience after RN and RM registration in the nursing council. Apart from that, candidates from the outside Tamil Nadu must secure an eligibility certificate from the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University. Candidates pursuing MSc must be registered with Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council. 

Priyadarshini Engineering College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate. Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply. Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced. Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognised institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile. Other State candidates who have studied VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply.
MBA/PGDM	Candidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE are also eligible. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field.
MCA	Candidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE are also eligible. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field.
M.E./M.Tech	Candidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE are also eligible. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field.

As per information available, Institute offers (aprx) INR 240,000 median salary to their students for B.E. / B.Tech course during placements.
