Engineering Colleges accepting JEE Main for B.Tech in Kalyani

MCKV Institute of Engineering and KGEC - Kalyani Government Engineering College both are renowned universities for B.E. / B.Tech. However, in terms of affordability, MCKV Institute of Engineering is a better option since the total tuition fee for MCKV Institute of Engineering is INR 365,200 and the total tuition fee for B.E. / B.Tech at KGEC - Kalyani Government Engineering College is INR 33,600 - INR 3,960,500. In the total fees that students generally end up paying the university or the college, various other components are also included, such as the exam fee, application fee, lab and other charges.

IIEST Shibpur BTech cutoff 2025 for the Aerospace Engineering branch in the last round was 36842 for the General AI category. No, candidates cannot get direct admission in BTech courses offered by Institute of Engineering and Management. Candidates will need to appear for IEMJEE in order to qualify for BTech admissions. Selection will be done during the following counselling rounds.

No, MAKAUT considers WBJEE for regular admission to BTech programme and JELET (conducted by WBJEEB) for admission to lateral entry programme. Other than above mentioned exams, the official website does not mention any other source of admission. Students are advised to check with the admissions office of the college.

JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exam takes place in the month of April every year. Whereas, the application form for Session 2 will be available on the JEE Mains website. The exam is conducted by NTA.
