CRL stands for the Common Rank List. NTA releases the cutoff in several categories one of which is CRL. Basically, CRL means unreserved category. Candidates belonging to unreserved category need to have JEE Main cutoff equal to or more than the CRL cutoff. The other categories for which cutoff is released are Gen-EWS, Open-PwD, OBC-NCL, SC and ST.

A: 

The JEE Main city intimation slip is an official document released by the NTA before the exam that informs candidates of the specific city where their exam centre is located. The city slip also contains the allotted exam date.
