The following are the special categories for admission: Kashmir Migrant (KM), Mewat Area Residents (MAR), Haryana Government School Topper (HGST), Shivalik Development Board (SDB), Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW). Check below in detail: HSTES Kashmir Migrant Seats: The number of seats under this scheme is 5% of the sanctioned intake of each course. The seats will be supernumerary in nature and will be filled separately on the basis of inter-se-merit in the qualifying examination. HSTES BE/B.Tech Tuition Fee Waiver: Under this scheme, those candidates will be eligible whose parents annual income is less than eight Lacs from all sources. The supernumerary seats will be available only to such courses in an institution where a minimum of 30% of the "Approved Intake" is filled.
