Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida, BTech admission is conducted in three different modes. To get admission in the BTech course, candidates can choose any one admission procedure as per their qualification. There are three admission modes:

Direct mode: Candidates are offered direct admission based on their score in the Class 12 exam. Candidates must score 75% marks or equivalent, in aggregate in three subjects, i.e., Mathematics, Physics, and English. This may apply and can be confirmed with the institute.

JEE (UG): Students can also apply for the JEE exam. Common University Entrance Test,  also known as JEE UG,  is a national-level entrance exam conducted by NTA for admission to UG courses offered by participating institutes. Students should have passed Class 12 from a recognised board in Science or a relevant stream to be admitted to bachelor's degree programs in the Central Universities.

Lateral-Entry: Candidates are required to have a valid qualfication and appear for the Lateral Entry Entrance Test for admission to BTech course. 

Yes, the institute offers on-campus placement to BTech students. Every year many recruiting companies visit the campus and hire students for good positions. In 2025 the highest package received by students was INR 25 LPA.

Candidates who are Class 12 pass with at least 60% aggregate in PCM can apply for ASET Noida BTech admission under non sponsored category. The minimum aggregate for sponsored category is 55%. Candidates aggregate is calculated as per marks scored in English and three academic subjects. 

MMMUT Gorakhpur has concluded the spot round for admission to BTech LE courses. As per the notice released by the university, The last date for physical verification was Aug, 2025. 

Candidates need to pass a minimum of Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject from a recognised board with at least 75% aggregate is required to apply for the MNNIT Allahabad BTech programme. Besides, MNNIT Allahabad accepts admission to BTech based on a valid score of JEE Main, followed by a centralised counselling body, i.e.,  JoSAA Counselling. The seat allotment process is based on the college cutoff and the candidate's preference for courses and colleges. For the selection of candidates for vacant seats, the college also accepts admission through CSAB Counselling.

RGIPT does provide merit-cum-means scholarships to the BTech programme students. RGIPT BTech scholarships also include several endowment scholarships. Students who are pursuing the BTech programme can avail various scholarships offered by the University, Central and State Governments. Some of the scholarships which can be availed by students are National Fellowship and scholarship for higher education of ST students, Post matric (Other than Intermediate) scholarship for ST, SC, General category students, Post matric (Other Than Intermediate) scholarship for Minorities, etc.

Yes, Galgotias University provides financial aid to meritorious students in the BTech programme. Candidates who have secured well in the entrance exam or have secured high ranks in their board exams can apply for admission to the university. The university offers varying degrees of financial aid for its BTech programme such as:

• Toppers of all the Board/University - 100% tuition fee waiver
• Scholarship for students securing up to 4000th rank in the JEE Examination - 50% tuition fee waiver
• Scholarship for students securing 93% aggregate/PCM and above in class 12 or 80% marks or above in graduation - 25% tuition fee waiver

Candidates must pass Intermediate examination of UP Board or Class 12 level examination from any recognised board/ university with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate) in total of required subject combination (2 compulsory and 1 optional subject) to apply for BTech programme at NIET Greater Noida.

No, GLBITM Greater Noida does not take direct admission into its BTech course. Selection of eligible candidates is done based on JEE Mains scores or UPCET score in case of lateral entry.

Candidates can appear for these exams either during or after Class 12 board exams.

KIET Ghaziabad has mentioned that it can allow candidates to apply for BTech admissions through their Class 12 board exam scores. However, it only does so under special circumstances which have not been mentioned.

Thus, it is possible to apply for BTech at KIET Ghaziabad directly after completing Class 12th. Candidates will need to contact the admission desk to find what conditions must be met to get direct admission.
