Q:   Will I get a fee refund if I cancel my SRM Ramapuram admission?

Yes, SRM Ramapuram does accept fee refund requests. However, the refund is only approved under certain circumstances. Once enrolment is complete, students who wish to cancel the admission are advised to approach the Admin/Accounts Office for a refund with a written request duly signed by the parent and/or the student mentioning the enrolment number/registration number. The written request shall also mention the amount, date of payment, and mode of payment, attaching a copy of the receipt of such payment.

For the purpose of applying the refund, the first commencement of classes is considered. Moreover, the refund is at the sole discretion of the Management thereafter. No refund requests by email or posts are entertained.
