Admissions at IIIT Bangalore are entrance-based. The institute selects students based on scores in national-level examinations such as JEE Main,  CAT,  MAT,  GATE,  XAT,  CMAT, etc. Candidates need to qualify JEE Main exam to get admission to Engineering courses.
