M.Tech in Information Technology colleges in Telangana

IIT Hyderabad M.Tech fees is INR 2.63 Lacs in the academic year 2026. The aforementioned fees is charged from regular category students of IIT Hyderabad M.Tech course. However, for government sponsored students, the IIT Hyderabad M.Tech course fees is INR 3.75 lakh.

The aforementioned fees is charged on per semester basis in four instalments.

IIIT Hyderabad course admission to M.Tech programmes is entrance-based. Candidates can apply for admission by submitting applications online. Admission to most of the IIIT Hyderabad courses is entrance exam-based. Find below the eligibility and selection for MTech:

University of Hyderabad admission to most of the courses is based on the entrance exam conducted by the UoH. In addition to this, it also accepts several national-level entrance exams for admission to MBA, MCA M.Tech and Ph.D. programmes. While for MBA, the university accepts admission only through its own entrance exam, for various UG and PG courses, the university accepts admission through CUET UG and CUET-PG entrance exams.

The total seat intake of VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology BTech is 1800 distributed among various specialisations. There are intotal fourteen specialisations of BTech offered by the institute which include BTech in AI & DS, BTech in CSE, BTech in ME, etc.

The overall seats available across all courses offered by Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, Telangana is up to 1227. Good thing to know is that Guru Nanak Institute of Technology, Telangana has courses which are approved by prominent Government bodies like AICTE.

Vaagdevi Engineering College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

M.E./M.Tech	Candidate must have completed B.E./B.Tech. /AMIE in CSE/ CSIT/ Electronics & Computers Engg. /IT / Computer Science and Systems Engineering (or) equivalent from a UGC recognised University/ institute. Preference will be given to GATE qualified candidates over TS PGECET qualified candidates. Candidate must have secured 50% marks in group subjects taken together in the qualifying examination (45% for reserved category).
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidates who have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
MBA/PGDM	Candidate must have passed Bachelor Degree (BA / B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA / BBM / BCA / BE / B.Tech / B. Pharmacy / Any 3 or 4 year Degree except Oriental Languages). Examinations of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examinations. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis. The minimum age of the candidates should be 19 years as on the date of notification (Candidates whose date of Birth up to 30th MARCH, 2003). No maximum age limit.
After 10th Diploma	Candidate must have passed 10th examination from a recognised board.
