DCECE Bihar Polytechnic Exam Date 2026: Registration, Admit Card, Answer Key, Result

Candidates can apply for any one course group, or any two or all course groups as per their eligibility. Candidates who have passed/appearing in the class 10 exam in 2025/2026 can apply for the DCECE PE and PMM course groups. To apply for the PM course group candidates must have passed or are appearing in the 10+2 exam.

No, candidates do not have to send the printed copy of the DCECE application form to the authorities. Candidates must keep the prints with themselves. Multiple copies of the complete application form should be printed as it will be required at different stages of the admission process.

BCECEB issues the DCECE admit card to the applicants of DCECE exam online only on the official website. There are no other means to doenload the DCECE hall ticket.  The candidates have to login to the official website using their Application number, Date of Birth/Password to download the admit card. After downloading the admit card, candidates must read all details on the admit card and follow the instructions mention therein for the exam day. The allotted exam centre name and address are mentioned in the admit card itself. All candidates have to carry the printed hardcopy at the DCECE exam centre. Also, after the exam is over, the DCECE admit card should be preserved till the admission process is over. 

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will release the DCECE admit card online at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. Applicants will be able to download their admit card using the registered email ID and password.  

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has released the DCECE result. Candidates can now check DCECE result at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. DCECE 2025 result has been released in the form of rank card. Applicants are advised to keep their DECE rank card safe till the conclusion of the admission process.  

After the exam is over, BCECEB uploads the rank card of the DCECE exam for PE, PM and PMM course groups on the official website. Candidates can login to the official website and download the DCECE results for PE, PM, and PMM. Candidates have to use their DCECE roll number and date of birth to check the result. DCECE result is not intimated to the candidates via mail or any offline mode. Candidates have to download the DCECE rank card on their own from the official website. There is no provision for re-evaluation of the result.

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination will release the DCECE 2025 seat allotment for the first round on July 8, 2025. Candidates need to enter their registration number and password to check DCECE seat allotment 2025. Applicants shortlisted based on DCECE seat allotment will be called for document verification and fee payment. The second seat allotment result of DCECE 2025 will be released on July 18, 2025.

The DCECE counselling process includes registration, filling and locking of choice, document verification, declaration of seat allotment and reporting to the allotted college. BCECEB announces the DCECE counselling details on the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The counselling is held online and offline. The allotment of seats is purely based on DCECE rank and choices filled by the candidates.

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has announced the DCECE choice filling dates 2025 in the official notification. Qualified candidates can now access the DCECE 2025 choice filling facility until July 3, 2025. Candidates need to enter their preferred choices of courses and colleges at the time of DCECE choice filling.
