Yes, Galgotias University inducts candidates for the majority of its courses based on marks in the qualifying examinations. For admission to the UG programmes across various specialisations at Galgotias University candidates will get selected based on their marks in class 12 as the qualifying examination for UG courses is class 12. Hence, candidates seeking admission to the UG courses at Galgotias University must have valid marks in class 12.

  • Aspirants with at least 70 percentile in CAT/ MAT exam are eligible for direct admission to MBA course. Such candidates are exempted from entrance test and can directly come for GDPI round.
  • Direct Admission will be offered to BA LLB, B.A. LL.B. (Hons), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons) and BCom LL.B. (Hons) based on CLAT score of 90 and above, subject to meeting the Minimum Eligibility Criteria prescribed for the programme.

NOTE: 1. Direct Admission based on Class 12% is not applicable for the programmes of Architecture / Design / Education/ Fine Arts / Fashion / Law and Physical Education.

Q:   How to get admission in JMI? Is CUET compulsory?

Aspiring students are required to register on the official website of JMI and fill the application form online. In the form, fill all the details asked, upload the required documents and pay the application fee. Starting 2022, for BA, BSc and BVoc, JMI started accepting the scores of CUET UG. For the same, students need to register for the exam, appear for it and qualify it. Qualified students of CUET UG are required to register for JMI counselling after which merit lists will be released with the name of the shortlisted students. For the remaining courses, however, the university is still accepting national and university-level entrance exam for final selection.

Q:   What is the admission cycle of IGNOU?

IGNOU admission cycle opens twice in a year i.e. January and July. The registrations for January session usually begins in December and close by March. The July session for ODL/ Online programmes begin in May and continue till July. The mode of application is online for all the courses.

Q:   Is Dr BR Ambedkar University Delhi under CUET?

The university is not under CUET but it accepts the national-based entrance exam score. In order to enroll for admission the candidate have to mee the last educational qualifications. Q:   What is the NEET MDS exam pattern?

NEET MDS is a computer-based exam of three hours duration with two time-bound sections. Part A was for 75 minutes and had 100 questions. Part B had 140 questions to be solved in105 minutes. The timing of the exam was 2 PM to 5 PM. There were a total of 240 objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from the NEET MDS syllabus. Each question has four marks and there will be negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer. The following table brings the overview and structure of the NEET MDS exam pattern.

Candidates can apply offline for PhD course as soon as they recieve the LPUNEST Kit. The application form can be submitted by one of the following methods:

Manual Application: Fill the full application form (OMR sheet) after reading all the instructions as specified under the head “Instructions for filling Application Form (OMR sheet)” and send it to the university in the self-addressed envelope on the following Address: Block 30, Room No 102, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar Delhi, GT Road, Phagwara, Punjab, India – 144411

2. Semi-Offline Application: In case applicant is unable to send the hard copy of application form (OMR Sheet), then applicant may scratch the Unique OMR code available on application form (OMR Sheet) and follow the below mentioned steps:

  • When prompted for payment, choose the option of Unique OMR Code (given on OMR Sheet)and fill the same.

Paper 1 has 75 questions where Physics Chemistry and Mathematics, each section has 25 questions. Out of 25 questions, 20 are MCQs and five are numerical value questions. You must answer all 5 numerical value-type questions. All 20 multiple-choice questions are compulsory. Complete all 75 questions in 3 hours.

Q:   Does IIFT Delhi accept CAT scores?

IIFT Delhi accepts CAT scores for MBA (IB & BA) specialisations. Earlier the admission was through the IIFT exam. However, in an official notification, the institute has announced that will accept the national-level exam score now. After the conclusion of the entrance test, candidates shall be shortlisted for further selection rounds. Shortlisted candidates are further required to participate in the written test, group discussion and personal interview round. The final selection is done based on overall performance in the selection rounds.
