NIELIT Admission 2020: NIELIT offers admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses under the A, B, C, O levels through NIELIT exam under the administrative control of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MoE&IT), Government of India. The NIELIT exam is held every year – January and July. Candidates, who wish to apply for the July exam, can fill and submit the application form of NIELIT until March 31.
NIELIT is an autonomous society which conducts NIELIT exam to offer admission courses ‘O' (Foundation Level), ‘A' (Advanced Diploma), ‘B' (MCA Equivalent) and ‘C' (MTech Level in Computer Science and Engineering).
There are a total of four NIELIT courses - Digital, Formal, Non-Formal, Short Term and NSQF.
Digital IT courses like CCC (Course on Computer Concept), BCC (Basic Computer Course) and other such long term and short term course in the non-formal sector like courses on Information Security, ITeS-BPO(Customer Care/Banking), Computer Hardware Maintenance (CHM-O/A level), Bio-Informatics (BI-O/A/B level), ESDM etc. Besides, high-end courses offered by NIELIT Centres in India at Post-Graduate level (MTech) in Electronics Design & Technology, Embedded Systems etc. that are not normally offered by institutes in the formal sector, in association with the respective state Universities.
NIELIT Application Form
The authority has released the NIELIT application form in online mode. Candidates who wish to apply for the exam can fill their application form until March 31. Before filling the application form, candidates must check their eligibility criteria as prescribed by the authority. NIELIT 2020 examination fee for each module/paper of O/A/B/C level is Rs 500. In addition, an amount of Rs 100 will be charged along with the examination fee as processing fee.
NIELIT Admit Card
The NIELIT 2020 admit card will be issued by the authority for all registered candidates. The admit card is an important document which contains the name, roll number, exam date, venue, timings, course applied for and more details about the exam. It is important for all candidates to carry their respective hall ticket to the examination hall otherwise they will not be allowed to appear for the test.
NIELIT Exam Centres
The exam centres of NIELIT 2020 has been released by the conducting authority. The exam will be conducted in 120 exam centres across the country. There are 41 NIELT city centres offices located across India with its Headquarters at New Delhi to conduct exams for various courses.
NIELIT Result
The result of NIELIT exam will be available at https://student.nielit.gov.in/ for O, A, B, C levels. The exam results will be published online and are sent as grades to the candidates. The authority will also be sent to the candidates and to the institutes from where they have appeared for the examination. On successful completion of the modules/papers and of the project, the candidates will be awarded certificates/diplomas by NIELIT.

Q. What is O/A/B and C level course?
A. In the non-formal sector, NIELIT is offering O (Equivalent to foundation level), A (equivalent to advance diploma level), B( equivalent to MCA) and C(designed to be at M.Tech level) courses. O, A and B level courses are recognized by MHRD for the employment.
Q. What is the schedule of the examination - O/A/B and C level?
A. The examination of O/A/B and C level is conducted twice a year. Examinations are conducted after every six months. One exam is held in the second Saturday in January and the other exam is conducted on the second Saturday in July.
Q. How many papers are there in NIELIT CCC examination?
A. NIELIT CCC exam consists of one paper.
Q. When will the admit card of NIELIT release?
