CLAT Consortium has postponed CLAT 2021 exam by a month due to a clash with the CBSE board exams. Go through CLAT 2021 revised exam schedule.
CLAT 2021 exam has been rescheduled by CLAT Consortium. Now, the CLAT exam will be held from 2 pm to 4 pm on June 13, 2021. This decision has been taken by CLAT Consortium as the earlier exam date for the national-level law entrance exam clashed with the recently released CBSE board exam schedule.
The application process for CLAT 2021 started on January 1. CLAT 2021 application process is all set to end on March 31.
CLAT exam is scheduled to be conducted in the offline mode as was the case in past years’ papers.

CLAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

CLAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses
Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 45% if they belong to General/ Other Backward Class (OBC) / Specially-abled categories and 40% marks if they belong to Scheduled Class (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories.
CLAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria for PG Courses
Candidates should hold an LLB degree or five-year integrated degree in law with 50% marks and 45% marks for SC/ ST category candidates to be eligible for admission based on CLAT 2021 exam.
Professor (Dr) Vijender Kumar, Vice-chancellor of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur (MNLU Nagpur) has been elected as the Convenor of CLAT 2021. On the other hand, Professor Faizan Mustafa who is the Vice-Chancellor of the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) has been elected as the president of the Consortium for CLAT 2021.
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a national level entrance exam for admissions to candidates in undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) law courses offered at 21 NLUs and other colleges/ universities accepting exam scores.
