The minimum eligibility criteria for admission into BA LLB course is pass class 12 exams, with minimum 50% score. This is for general category students. Whereas, for reserved categories, the minimum marks required are 45%. Students can make their application up to 20 years of age. If it is less or more, admission into BA LLB course at Faculty of Law, BHU will not be offered.

The IMS Law College BA LLB eligibility criteria does not require candidates to clear Class 12 board exams with law as a mandatory subject. Candidates who wish to apply for BA LLB admissions at IMS Law College are not required to have any specific course as a mandatory part of the board exams.

Amity Law School admit candidates to its BA LLB (Hons) course based on merit or performance in its entrance test. The selected candidates have to go through personal interview round as well. Moreover, to be eligible for the programme, candidates should have passed Class 12 with required minimum aggregate. The eligible candidates can fill out the application form to apply. Asian Law College Noida offer 5 year integrated BALLB degree programs and Admission to these programme is based on the ALC Admission Test (ALCAT) which conducted by Asian Law College. Alternatively, CLAT / LSAT—India examination scores are also accepted for admission. Students who fail to clear the qualifying examination (ALCAT) will not be considered eligible for admission in this course. And the basic eligibility criteria is student should have passed senior secondary school examination or an examination equivalent thereto, securing not less than 45% (40% in the case of SC/ST U.P.
