EDHRM 2017-18 admission announced by XLRI Jamshedpur

Admission to Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management for Working Executives (EDHRM: 2017-18) has been announced by XLRI- Xavier School of Management. Registrations for the same will end on October 15, 2016.

 

The program will be spread across 16 months with 6 terms that will consist of 15 compulsory courses. The compulsory courses will be covered in the first five terms, and the sixth term will be dedicated to Action Research Based Project.

 

Students of EDHRM will undergo an intensive learning program module of 50 days. The program module shall consist of the following:

  • 5 visits
  • Series of lectures & project-based courses
  • Group work
  • Case methods
  • Assignments and dissertation

 

Candidates willing to apply must note that the fee of the course is Rs 4 lakhs. Also, applicants must make sure that they comply by the eligibility criteria. Applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be rejected by the officials. The eligibility criteria is as follows:

  • The applicant should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university – a minimum of 3 years of full time study is required
  • The applicant should hold a minimum work experience of 5 years in managerial positions in the HR sector

 

The application fee is Rs 1000. Candidates willing to fill in the application form need to perform the following steps:

  • Fill the online application form & take a print out of the same
  • The print out of the application form, along with the application fee (payable through Demand Draft in favour of XLRI Jamshedpur, payable at Jamshedpur) needs to be sent to XLRI
  • Along with the application form & fee, the candidate also submit a proof of graduation (3 years) and 5 years of work experience

The XLRI waitlist movement is usually high for Delhi campus between 350 to 600 spots. For Jamshedpur the movement is low between 100 to 180 for BM and 130 to 230 for HRM.
