K.S. Group of Institutions has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.E. / B.TechCandidate must have passed any Diploma examination or equivalent examination and scored a minimum of 45% (40% of marks in Q.E. in case of SC, ST and Backward Classes of Karnataka candidates.) marks taken together in all the compulsory subjects of the final year (Fifth and sixth semester) Diploma Examination (Q.E) will be eligible for admission to the BE courses. In addition, Candidate after qualifying the diploma, must also possess a minimum of Two Years Full Time Work experience as on the due date, of the year of admission, in a registered firm / Company / Industry / Educational and / Government Autonomous Organizations in the branch of Engineering / Technology, in which the candidates possess a Diploma and in which admission is sought by the candidates.
B.ArchCandidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.
M.E./M.TechCandidates must have passed qualifying examination or equivalent examination as prescribed by the Competent Authority and obtained an aggregate minimum of 50% marks (45% of marks in case of SC, ST and Category-I candidates) taken together in all the subjects of all the years/ semesters of the Degree Examination from any recognised institute/university. Final year students can also apply on provisional basis. Candidates must have valid GATE score.
After 10th DiplomaCandidate must have passed Grade 10, SSLC or its equivalent with a minimum of 35% marks from a recognised board/institute.
Q:   Which entrance exam scores does SJCE Mysore accept for admission to MBA?
A: 

For admission to the BE course, candidates must have appeared for KCET and have passed the 10+2 level. For postgraduate courses like MTech, admission is made on the basis of performance in the PGCET/GATE examination. For postgraduate courses like MCA & MBA, candidates must appear for PGCET.

Candidates must have passed the KCET entrance exam to be eligible for admission. SJCE also accepts COMEDK UGET exams. Admission to BE/BTech programs is based on the COMEDK and KCET entrance exams. The cut off criteria is based on a valid score in either KCET or Karnataka PGCET.

Q:   Which college provides a better median salary for MBA/PGDM: Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology or Global Academy of Technology?
A: 
The median salary package offered to the students after finishing MBA/PGDM from Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology is INR 500,000. While, the Median package offered by Global Academy of Technology after completion of MBA/PGDM is INR 425,000. Basis these stats, Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology is better option compared to Global Academy of Technology on the Median salary parameter.

As for Ece branch mostly 1 or 2 core companies will come for campuses recruitment. And for other branches like mechanical no core companies will come. But as a contact of college you have to go for off campus drives.If I talk about the placement, it will be sure you get job in ITcompanies. But if you have some dream company then you must focus on the area which would be require for that company. Otherwise you get job in IT companies.
