Mysore University accepts entrance exams for courses such as B.Tech, MBA, M.Tech, B.Arch Ph.D. etc. The entrance exam accepted for B.Tech course is KCET. Moreover, for MBA course, the entrance exams accepted for MBA course is MAT CAT Karnataka PGCET XAT CMAT GMAT ATMA KMAT KCET. And GRE. Further, the entrance exams accepted for M.Tech course include Karnataka PGCET/ GATE/PGEE and for B.Arch the entrance exam accepted include KCET. And NATA.

There are a total of 240 seats for the PGDM programme at SDMIMD Mysore. The sanctioned seat intake is considered during the seat allotment procedure. SDMIMD shall reserve the right to revise the seat count. It must be noted that the mentioned seat intake is as per the official website/sanctioning body. For admission to the BE course, candidates must have appeared for KCET and have passed the 10+2 level. For postgraduate courses like MTech, admission is made on the basis of performance in the PGCET/GATE examination. For postgraduate courses like MCA & MBA, candidates must appear for PGCET.

Candidates must have passed the KCET entrance exam to be eligible for admission. SJCE also accepts COMEDK UGET exams. Admission to BE/BTech programs is based on the COMEDK and KCET entrance exams. The cut off criteria is based on a valid score in either KCET or Karnataka PGCET.

The overall seats available across all courses offered by GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women is up to 870. Good thing to know is that GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women has courses which are approved by prominent Government bodies like AICTE.

Apart from CAT scores, Alliance School of Business offers admission to MBA course through other entrance exams including MAT/NMAT/Karnataka PGCET. Candidates seeking admission to Alliance School of Business admission to the full-time MBA courses must have a valid score in above mentioned exams. Considering the Alliance School of Business cutoff 2024 released recently was 70 percentile for CAT. For MAT, it is 80 percentile. University of Mysore is also good, but I prefer Mangalore University, with first-class campus environment and first-class teachers.There are no comparable standards for universities, and every university has different development ideas. For a rigid comparison, Mangalore University is better than University of Mysore

Candidates should complete graduation with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for ISBR Bangalore admission.
