It has a well-equipped library with a wide range of books in well-manner.
Placements: 80% of students get placed in this course. The highest package ranges from 10-12 LPA, and the lowest package ranges from 3-4 LPA. 80% of students got internships from my course. The top roles offered in MBA courses are HR, marketing, leadership, financing activities, teamwork roles, and responsibilities.
Infrastructure: Our college provides air-conditioning and cool water for students during the summer. Smart boards and smart classrooms are available. The hostel is equipped with Wi-Fi, coolers, cold water and washing machines. The mess follows a proper schedule for lunch, breakfast, and dinner.
Faculty: Each faculty member is well-qualified like NET JRF and has proper knowledge. They have a professor's degree and are highly qualified. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students ready for the industry. There is no difficulty in semester exams. The pass percentage is 36%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become an integral part of the company. The best thing about the course is that it is helpful to achieving objectives easily and make our personality professional.

Absolutely satisfied because, according to the fee, placements are good in the year 2024.
Placements: Mainly in MBA, 80% of students get placed. This year, placements are ongoing, and the highest package is 10 LPA, while the lowest is 2.8 LPA. Companies that come for recruitment are Axis Bank, HDFC Life, Zaro Education, Genpact, etc. They primarily recruit for sales profiles.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is good, but we can’t say it’s better. There are two boys' hostels and one girls' hostel. Wi-Fi facility are available throughout the campus. Classrooms are not digital, but there is a central library in all departments. The mess food is good, but not better. There are sports, medical, and yoga also.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly in nature, but they are not well-qualified and mostly are not well-experienced. The MBA program at Ram Swaroop College is affiliated with the AKTU curriculum. There are industrial visits, projects, and seminars, which help make students industry-ready. The passing percentage depends on the AKTU curriculum.
Other: I chose this college because the fee are very low compared to other colleges, and there are strict rules and regulations with the best placement opportunities. The campus needs to improve the employees' behavior towards students. Events and fests happen from time to time, which makes campus life beautiful.

Satisfied with the placements and infrastructure.
Placements: The college has an average placement rate of 85%. The average salary package offered is 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. Last year, the highest salary package offered was 7 lakhs per annum. Many recruiting companies visit the campus, including TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. The college also provides internships, and the average internship rate is 70%.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is average. It provides classrooms for lectures, halls for seminars and guest lectures, and labs for conducive learning. It also has facilities for sports and extracurricular activities, and a library for effective learning. However, the food in the hostel mess is below average.
Faculty: The teachers are professional and experienced, and the teaching quality is good. The course is designed to help students grow their careers effectively and efficiently. The semester exams are not very difficult, and the internal exams are conducted before the final semester exams to prepare the students.
Other: This course has specializations in HR, finance, marketing, and operations. Students can choose to pursue one or two specializations. The college provides a variety of sports and cultural events, including Abhivyakti.

SRMCEM is known for its name; in whole Lucknow, it is very famous and has significant name value.
Placements: I am in the 2023-25 batch, and 95% of students get placed here. The highest package is 8-9 lakh, the average package is 4 lakh, and the lowest package is 2.5-3 lakh. I am in the third semester, so no reputed companies have come yet; only newly established companies have visited so far. However, TCS and Berger Paints will come. They provide very low-quality internships, so try to find one on your own. They have only provided Vmart internships for the past two years. Mainly marketing, HR, and finance companies come here.
Infrastructure: The library is good; they have every book related to your studies, so you don’t have to buy from outside. It's well air-conditioned. I am not in the hostel, but my friends say the food is good. The infrastructure is not so good; you can come and check. They provide every type of game.
Faculty: Teachers are superb, helpful, and well-qualified, except for one or two who are exceptional in every college. This college has a school environment and a very hectic schedule. They take three quizzes and then pre-end exams. Exams are tough for those who did not study; otherwise, the paper is good.
Other: I chose this course to get into the corporate line. The MBA course only provides you a job, but you have to build your skills and work on them. Now I regret not doing courses like digital marketing or data analysis, which would be more beneficial for us. Events are well organized by the college, and the annual fest is also going to happen, which we enjoy a lot. They provide scholarship forms.

Satisfactory facilities available in the college.
Placements: Our college provides great placements opportunities to students. Every year about 70-80% students gets on campus placements. Top companies visits college for the placements are HCL, Wipro, Tcs, Infosys, etc. The average package provided in the college is 5-6lpa.
Infrastructure: College has a well maintained infrastructure located in a very large area. College has canteen, sports ground, labs, library, seminar halls etc. In the campus. The labs and library are fully stocked with the required study materials. The canteen of the college provide good food in less price. College has no hostel facility. There is Wi-Fi supply in the entire campus for the students and staff members.
Faculty: Our college has best faculty for our course. All the teachers of college are qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers are well trained and their teaching quality is very understandable. Teachers used to focus on developing students communication and other soft skills which industry ready. The exams of the college are semester based.
Other: Our college has best faculty and facility. The management of the college is very strict regarding studies.

    Direct admission is not appreciated. You should choose SRMCEM in the counselling procedure for AKTU and you will be allotted college if you are eligible. The study atmosphere in this college is very pleasant and faculties are well experienced. Placements are good as well.
