Overall, the campus is really okay.

Placements: The number of opportunities is good but not all of the companies that come for placements leave with candidates, as the average crowd is just average and the placement policies are less than conventional to support the students well-being and their careers.

Infrastructure: There are 4 hostel buildings, 2 for boys and 2 for girls, with plenty of room for sports and other recreational activities throughout the campus, with a 24/7 infirmary, library and canteen that is open throughout the night to serve all the needs of a student.

Faculty: The curriculum is great for learning and growing as an individual here. The faculty members vary but there are many experienced and knowledgeable professors in the mix, which would leave no doubt unclear. Most of them have a friendly approach and nature .

My experience at IMT Nagpur has been excellent, and I am optimistic that yours will be too.

Placements: Currently more than 70% of the batch of 2022-24 has been placed. Recruiters like Arcisium, Crisil, Capgemini, PVR, Bluestar etc. visited for placements this year. Talking about internships, finding an internship in finance is a little bit difficult so most of the students get their internships in Marketing roles.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good. The hostel provides big sized rooms and maintains hygiene more than any other college. There is a wi-fi facility across the whole campus. Quality of the food is good. There is a library which is open 24*7. Canteen is open from 9AM till 4AM.

Faculty: The curriculum is incredible covering a wide range of subjects from finance and marketing to Human resource and Operations. What sets it apart, is it’s emphasis on experiential learning. From case studies and simulations Group project to Individual assignment on companies and industries, the curriculum covers it all. We are constantly asked to keep thinking.

Other: The campus and the campus life is amazing. For the best placements, you have to work hard in the college. It's not like you will be spoon fed because the competition is very high. You will have to work on your skills.

It is a great B-school to study as it has a lush green surrounding and is away from the main city.

Placements: Many companies visit our campus to recruit students, and currently, it is recorded 95% placements. In few days, it would reach 100% placements with an average salary package of 7-8 LPA. The highest salary package offered is around 18-22 LPA. Major companies that came to our campus are Jio Creative Labs, CRISIL, Google, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a 2-floor library and all types of sports grounds. The food provided in the mess is good, and there are nearly 3 canteens in which students can have food and can also hang out. IMT Nagpur has its own medical facilities, which is 24x7 working for students.

Faculty: Teachers at IMT Nagpur are well-qualified from top B-schools, and the teaching quality is the best. At IMT Nagpur, 3 courses are offered here like PGDM, PGDM finance and PGDM marketing. The course curriculum is designed in such a way that it makes students industry-ready.

The course curriculum makes the students ready for the industry.

Placements: 85% of the batch got placed before the lockdown was imposed. The placement processes continued to operate once the lockdown regulations were eased. The highest package offered was of 16 LPA. The average package offered stood at 7.94 LPA. Industry-wise, BFSI, B.A. & IT and Manufacturing industry saw placements of more than 60% of the batch. The top roles that were offered were in Finance, Marketing, B.A. & IT. CRISIL, Deloitte, KPMG, Reliance, SBI Life, Wipro were some of the major recruiters.

Infrastructure: The campus is spread over 27 acres with top-notch facilities including that of library, classrooms, labs. The hostels are well maintained and the quality of food is also good, with a variety of options available for the students. The Mess Committee of the college also provides with different cuisines during festival times. The sports facilities are great with the availability of open as well as a closed gym, football field, badminton court, basketball court etc. which are well maintained. The Sports Committee organises regular competitions between as well as within the batches. I still haven't visited the campus due to Covid-19, but seeing seniors, as well as my batchmates, talk about college with such level of enthusiasm has made me much more excited than I thought I'd be.

Faculty: The teaching faculty includes some of the finest professors with a high level of experience in the teaching industry. The faculty members themselves have worked in different sectors of industries, so experience of the industry comes handy. The course curriculum requires the students to upgrade their levels as well as makes them ready for the industry with relevant and useful structure and components of the course.

IMT's flagship is marketing. So if you are planning to join it for Marketing .

Placements: For Finance there are few good companies like CRISIL, Veritas which come for placement but the number is limited. Average package is around 7 lacs p. a. Most of the companies visit for marketing background. Student placement depends only on the student and not on college is what I believe .

Infrastructure: For me IMT Nagpur has the best infrastructure. Library is also one of the best. Different forums and committee keeps you alive throughout the period. Mess is also good than mess in other colleges The entire campus has Wi-Fi connectivity. Hostel are good and has spacious rooms.

Faculty: Faculty members are great and highly educated with good industry experience We have different ranges of subject to choose from but the choices are from second year only. Also based on your GPA you get an opportunity to change your stream. So you get ample amount of time to understand what field suits u.

Other: IMT has amazing fest with few national events. There is so much that no one can get bored ever.

You can definitely consider the institute for finance, since we have highly specialized faculty and qualified faculty for the same and placements in top organizations such as CRIISL, verity, Bank of America and many other reputed organizations offering analyst profiles and many other options.
