Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)

Candidates who have a bachelor’s or equivalent degree, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university are eligible for the IMI Kolkata Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)  programme. The bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification of the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education, class 10 and  class 12 school education. Additionally, candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor’s degree are also eligible, provided they furnish proof of meeting he minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2025. Also, candidates must have a relevant work experience.

Admission to PGDM programme is based on a valid CAT/XAT/CMAT score in IMI Kolkata. So candidates must appear for the CAT/XAT/CMAT exam. CAT 2024 registration is ongoing for admission to PGDM programme in IMI Kolkata. Candidates can register for CAT exam on iimcat.ac.in website until Sep 13 2023. CAT exam is to be conducted on Nov 26 2023.

Admission to PGDM programme is based on a valid CAT/XAT/CMAT score in IMI Kolkata. So candidates must appear for the CAT/XAT/CMAT exam.  XAT 2024 registration is ongoing. Candidates can visist the official XAT website xatonline.in to register for the XAT exam. The XAT 2024 registration last date is Nov 30 2023. Candidates must fill their forms before the deadline to be able to appear in the XAT exam 2024. This year, the XAT exam fee has been increased to INR 2,100.

To apply for PGDM in IMI Kolkata candidates first should be eligible for the programme. Secondly they must a have a valid CAT/XAT and CMAT scores.
